The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and is approx. 30 m² in size. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, kitchenette (2 hotplates, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). A balcony is also available.
The apartment is located in the newest, beautifully landscaped holiday area of Tossens. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The Center Parcs Nordseeküste swimming pool with sauna Aqua Mundo is about 2 minutes' walk away. ANKERPLATZ NORDSEE guests receive a 50% discount on the entrance fee to the bathing area. Parking spaces for the ANKERPLATZ Träumchen 639 are located directly in front of the house. Our apartment is nicely furnished in bright colours and well equipped. WLAN included. Gas central heating.

Families with small children are particularly important for the North Sea peninsula of Butjadingen. This gave us the idea of setting up a baby beach that takes the special needs of the little ones into account.
We created a 250 square metre beach area with the finest sand and enclosed it with glass elements to protect it from the wind. To reduce the impact of the sun, two large awnings provide sufficient shade, as the little ones are particularly sensitive to wind and sun

Restful vacation
The apartment was sufficient for 1 person. Mini kitchen designed for simple dishes. Clean beds/mattresses, inviting arrival. Disadvantage, the apartment was on the 2nd floor, when booking it was said 1st floor. Close to CenterPark, therefore close to the beach, swimming pool, and shops/restaurants for daily use.
