Description
The large terrace invites you to enjoy sunny days and barbecue evenings with garden furniture, sunshade, Weber grill, cozy beach chair, and dog beach chair. From 2022-2026, the house was regularly renovated for you.
In the fenced garden, there are children's play equipment, handcart, balance bikes, Bobby Car, etc.
Our modern furnished living room is flooded with light through its two terrace doors. A U-shaped sofa + electric fireplace offers you space to sit together comfortably. On the ground floor is the 1st bathroom (new in 2024) with shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The 2nd bathroom, new in 2023, with shower, toilet, and 2 washbasins, is located on the first floor. It is more spacious, so here you will also find a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, changing mat, ironing board, and iron.
The 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (63cm high), 1 sliding door wardrobe, 1 TV, 1 armchair, and 1 cot is located on the first floor. Since 2022, there is also a 2-person infrared sauna here to warm up after, for example, nice walks on the beach or simply to relax.
Right next to it is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 relaxation chair, and a 2-door wardrobe + 1 television.
The 3rd bedroom is in the attic. can be booked for fitters or home office, etc. It is equipped for year-round rental. Even in winter, it is simply wonderfully beautiful and relaxing at the North Sea.
The house can be booked for 1-8 adults + (2 small children up to 3 years old in separate children's beds), so also by families with several children. Included in the price are Wi-Fi, parking space, use of washing machine, dryer, and sauna. Charging electric cars via the house electricity is not allowed; there are charging stations in the village about 150 m away.
Bed linen + towel package €23.00 per person, can be booked additionally! ! ! For all sleeping options we provide duvets 155x220, so all guests can sleep comfortably. Bed linen + towels can of course also be brought along. Sauna + beach towels must be brought.

Location and surroundings of object
750 m from the beach, with a free seasonal beach chair in the first row (1.5. - 30.9.) that we have rented for our guests. Enjoy the view of the sea and mudflats and relax. The swimming paradise Center Parcs Nordseeküste with activities (for a fee) and gastronomy is a 2-minute walk from the house. More abundant and very good gastronomy as well as bakeries or shopping opportunities are about 0.5-1 km away. And not far from Bremerhaven (e.g. Tuscan shopping arcade, Climate House, Immigrant House and Zoo by the Sea) and Wilhelmshaven. In Loxstedt, 30 minutes away, there is the Karls Adventure Park and also only 30 minutes away is the Jader Leisure and Animal Park. On the Butjadingen Peninsula you will find a llama ranch (farm tours + llama hikes), the North Sea Lagoon, a children's play hall, Frisian golf and directly at our Frisian beach the 1st baby beach in Germany, a pirate playground, but water sports are also possible here. For anglers, there is the Pütten Anglersee within walking distance, right in Tossens. Kilometer-long walks on and beside the dike or wonderful mudflat hikes complete this great location. The Langwarder Groden nature reserve was named a natural wonder in 2024 and is also only a few minutes away by car or within walking distance. There are also great excursion destinations within a 1-1.5 hour drive.

Our Möwennest 18 does not have high consumption due to good insulation, but since it makes a difference whether there are 1-2 or 8-10 people in the house, consumption can only be fairly determined by meter reading.
* If any damages have occurred that exceed the deposit, the difference must be charged to the tenant who caused the damage. This is in the interest of all guests who wish to find the house in perfect condition. We thank you for your understanding.
The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to us before arrival.
At your disposal are 1 filter coffee machine and 1 Senseo coffee machine.
The use of the children's playhouse, children's swing, ship sandbox, handcart, Bobby Car, balance bikes, Weber grill, beach chair, dog beach chair, and infrared sauna is at your own risk and responsibility. Unfortunately, arrivals directly on public holidays are not possible on site for organizational reasons. On regular Sundays, however, it is possible.

North Sea Romance
We had a wonderful two-week family vacation at the holiday home Möwennest in Tossens! The house is lovingly furnished, clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the cozy, quiet atmosphere and the well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect – just a few minutes from the beach, so we could enjoy the fresh sea air in the beach chair belonging to the house, in the front row, every day. The surroundings also offer many beautiful excursion opportunities that were exciting for the whole family. The contact with the manager was friendly and uncomplicated. We will definitely come back and can warmly recommend the Möwennest to any family vacation! Many thanks to the Lach family for renting out their beautiful holiday home.

Exceptionally good holiday home
The house Möwennest 18 is characterized by a very appealing decor, both in the living areas and the kitchen. The stairways are child-safe, and there are plenty of play items available. The green area in front of the house is spacious, and the path to the sea is not far. Playgrounds are nearby, as well as shopping opportunities.

I have read some other reviews afterwards that we find incomprehensible.
The holiday home was rented to us in pristine condition, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.
The owners have furnished the house with a lot of love and it is not a junk room. The garden is spacious and well-maintained.
Anyone who has something to complain about here is one of those people who are always looking for something.
In conclusion once again:
A very clear recommendation - you will feel comfortable.

Vacation in Tossens
Great exchange with the Lach family.
Lovely renovated and furnished house. Amenities above the standard in holiday homes. Close to the dyke, can be reached on foot. Quiet location. Various local establishments and a bakery within walking distance. Larger supermarket less than 5 minutes by car.
Even during the holiday season, there are plenty of recreational options in the nearby area.
We really enjoyed it.
We will come back.

Wonderful family short vacation with dog
We were with the whole family in Möwennest 18, grandparents, children, and grandchildren with a dog, and it was just simply wonderful all around! There was really EVERYTHING in the house that you need, nothing was missing! The location is just great, and to all dog owners, we can only say, "Dogs are really welcome everywhere, we had only positive moments there!" The Lach family is super nice and always reachable, as is Mr. Völlers :)
