The 2 room apartment is located on the ground floor and is approx. 54 m² in size. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, seating area, shower room and terrace. And it has a living room with double wardrobe bed, shower bath, seating area dining area, kitchenette (4 plates, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a terrace.
The apartment is located in the newest, beautifully landscaped holiday area of Tossens. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The Center Parcs Nordseeküste's Halllenspaßbad with sauna Aqua Mundo is about a 2-minute walk away. ANKERPLATZ NORDSEE guests receive a 50% discount on the entrance fee to the bathing area and sauna. Parking spaces for the ANKERSPATZ am Meer are located directly in front of the house. Our apartment is friendly furnished in light colours and well equipped. WLAN included. Gas central heating.

Welcome to your holiday - welcome to the North Sea resort of Tossens. There is something going on here, the Frisian beach with its pirate adventure playground offers the best conditions for a day full of adventure. North Sea beach, cycle path network, centre park, gastronomy - the small village on the Jade Bay is well developed for tourism. Holiday flats with charm are offered here.
Tossens has held the title of North Sea resort since 1892. Your holiday flat is located in the middle of the tranquil village, which has an excellent infrastructure. The beach avenue with lots of greenery leads directly from the holiday home in the main street towards the coast. In the Nordseeallee and in the heart of Tossens you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés. Supermarket, bank, bakery, post office - all this and much more is available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
The Frisian beach is about 300 metres away. At high tide and in good weather, the North Sea is a "big bathtub"; all year round, the subtropical bathing paradise at Center Parc Nordseeküste is recommended.
There's something going on here, the Friesenstrand with its pirate adventure playground offers the best conditions for a day full of adventure directly at the North Sea. Tropical temperatures prevail all year round in the Aqua Mundo adventure pool at Center Parcs Nordseeküste, with a tyre slide, large wave pool and an elaborately designed sauna and wellness area with a wide range of facilities. Not only are there holiday flats, holiday homes and hotels in the village, but also a camping site in front of the dyke, so you can camp where others rent beach chairs. The Pütten (large fishing ponds) make anglers' hearts beat faster and are also ideal for a walk. Dogs don't miss out in Tossens either. The beach area for dogs is below the "Luzifer" restaurant. The long promenade leading to the dyke offers plenty of opportunity to stroll and feast, as numerous restaurants and snack bars offer the complete variety of fresh North Sea delicacies. From Tossens there are guided walks into the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.

The spa town of Tossens is located directly on the Jade Bay opposite Wilhelmshaven on the Butjadingen peninsula. In front of the peninsula, the Wadden Sea extends between the mouths of the Jade and Weser rivers for about 23 kilometres to the northwest beyond the island of Mellum. The area is part of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in June 2009.
There are ferry connections across the Weser from Nordenham to Bremerhaven and in the summer months across the Jadebusen from Eckwarderhörne to Wilhelmshaven. There is a rail connection from Nordenham to Bremen. Bus line 408 of the Verkehrsbetriebe Wesermarsch connects Tossens with Nordenham railway station a few times a day. The community is connected to the Bremen - Bremerhaven motorway 27 via the Weser tunnel south of Nordenham. Via Varel or Brake, the route leads to motorway 29 Oldenburg - Wilhelmshaven.

Boredom? Not a chance!
Anyone who goes to the North Sea knows that the water comes and goes - but there is always something going on and not only cyclists get their money's worth. For example, at Pirate's Beach, where there is plenty of play equipment such as a Pirate Noah's Ark, a dare net, a ropeway or a water and adventure playground. At Friesenstrand you will find a beach volleyball court and the football school by the sea. Friesenstrand has been designated a guarded bathing beach by the International Life Saving Federation of Europe (ILSE) since 2010. The ten-metre-high "Wattkieker" observation tower on the beach offers an excellent view of Wilhelmshaven on the opposite bank of the Outer Jade. Swimming opportunities are offered at Friesenstrand by the North Sea and the subtropical Aquafun bathing area at Center Parcs Nordseeküste.

Thank you to your company for the hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment, especially with children. The apartment is very well maintained, spacious, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 gardens. There is WiFi, the beds are comfortable, a baby cot was provided for a small child. There are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard, as well as 2 playgrounds. There is a laundry facility across from the house. It's a 5-minute walk to the center of AguaMundo, bike rental, cafes, supermarket, and an 8-minute walk to the sea. We had a great time despite the weather. We will definitely come back to you.

Sauberkeit??
Die Lage war gut und die Ausstattung auch.Altlasten des Vormieters auf der Terrasse. (Dreckige Gläser, Altglas und Leergut, versteckter Grill mit kippen.)Wolllmäuse in den Klappbetten. Dreckige Bettwäsche und Hundehaare auf den Oberbetten. Wurde später punktuell nachgebessert, aber halt nicht gereinigt.

We stayed for 2 days in this beautiful accommodation and were very satisfied. The flat was clean, check-in and check-out uncomplicated, very centrally located. We liked it very much, we have booked directly for 2023...This time for 14 days, we are already looking forward to our holiday in your accommodation, which we gladly recommend.

Fewo Ankerspatz
Unsere Ferienwohnung lag inmitten vom Center Park. Das war völlig in Ordnung. Viele Familien mit Kindern waren zeitgleich vor Ort um ihren Urlaub dort zu verbringen. In der Fewo selbst, ließ es an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
Die gegebenen Utensilien, wie z.B.
Gartenmöbel, Kaffeemaschine, Fön, Toaster etc waren ziemlich verdreckt. Kurz gesagt, vieles war einfach ungepflegt, verdreckt oder staubig.
Überall waren tote Spinnen und Mücken , an den Wänden und nur unzureichend Fliegengitter angebracht.
Wir werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

Sommerurlaub
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Trotz mehrerer Parteien im Haus war es sehr ruhig und die Umgebung war sehr angenehm und sauber... Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch für die Kinder gab es gleich vor dem Haus was zum spielen... Zu Fuß konnte man alles sehr gut erreichen...
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Gut für einen Familien Kurztrip
Für den Kurztrip mit der Familie ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder)
völlig in Ordnung.
Tossen ein ruhiger schöner Ort. Strand für die kleinen super und bei Sauwetter immer noch die Möglichkeit das Aquamundo zu Besuchen.

Tolle Lage

Top holiday flat. With a great location.
Very nice holiday flat with ideal quiet location. 1 star deduction for the equipment, as we were missing an oven. The wifi, which was stated, was "there" but you could not use it at all because it was simply overloaded. At 3 o'clock in the morning it worked like a charm. We were there during the summer holidays.
We will still come back.

Nette Unterkunft
So an sich war die Unterkunft super, was uns fehlte war z.b eine größere Schüssel für z.b. Salat, eine Reibe um Gurkensalat zu machen, an sich war es sauber hier und da ein paar kleine Spinnen. Blöd war für uns das wir dank Corona nicht ins Schwimmbad des Center parcs konnten. Ansonsten sind zwei Kaffemaschinen vorhanden-filter und tassimo, in der einen Küche sind zwei Herdplatten in der anderen 4 mit Ceranfeld,ein toaster, zwei Wasserkocher und ein Fön, man sollte sich ein paar Handtücher von Zuhause mitbringen wir hätten sonst nur 6 Stück für eine Woche gehabt ich weiß nicht ob man noch Mal welche nachfordern kann da wir auch eigene dabei hatten. Die Dame bei der man sich anmeldet ist sehr freundlich, direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Spielplatz und der Deich ist in 5min Fußweg zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen sollte man am besten zum markantmarkt fahren der mit dem Auto in ca.5min zu erreichen ist. Ansonsten war es für uns ein entspannter Urlaub, es waren da ja Center parcs in unmittelbarer Nähe ist bzw die Wohnung im centerparc liegt viele Familien mit Kindern vor Ort.
