What a great location! Beautiful apartments in a perfectly restored twelfth century former monastery. Very quiet location, yet only a few minutes away from the main roads. Lots of privacy, and the pool seemed more like a private swimming pool. Good supermarket and bakery are present in the small village. In short, a super place! Very friendly owner. Even taking a dip in the evenings was no problem. Highly recommended!

La Rocca Di Mantignana is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed in "La colombaia", one of the apartments. There were three bedrooms, a very spacious living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a lovely private terrace. The domain also has a swimming pool and a tennis court. from the domain you have a view of some typical Umbrian villages in the hills.

We were kindly welcomed by Lambert and his daughter Anna translated the necessary into English.

We had a wonderful week, and the swimming pool and the old trees provided some relief, because it was very hot outside.

The only point of attention I would say is that the sanitary facilities are somewhat lacking due to the lime-rich water, but that does not alter the fact that we will come back here if we come to Umbria again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Belvilla by OYO Colombaia. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The pool was refreshing and the garden was a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring. We used the barbecue facilities for dinner one evening and it was simply delicious. Also, being able to walk to the local shops was a great advantage. I would definitely recommend it!
