Here, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, nature plays the leading role, the ideal destination for all seasons: almond and peach blossom as the first harbingers of spring, honey scented broom to the beginning of summer, cicadas concert under a starry sky on warm August nights, golden foliage, mild autumn sun and the smell of chestnut fire in winter. The Villa La Rogaia was with old world craftsmanship and modern design ideas lovingly restored. By exceptional natural stone works and works of art by sculptor and stonemason Wolfgang Sandt got any of the apartments with their own character. The house is surrounded by spacious gardens with swimming pool and a sculpture park. Private terraces, seats and gardens for each of the apartments allow quiet. The house is surrounded by nature, about 4 km from the nearest town of Castel Rigone, District of Passignano sul Trasimeno, and is accessible by a dirt road by car, bike or on foot. The nearest train station, Passignano sul Trasimeno, is situated 15 km. Rail passengers we get there from you. Apartment \"Il Peperino\" (90 square meters) center of this large apartment for four people is the traditional Umbrian kitchen. In front of the fireplace you can meet for dinner, games, celebration or relaxation. There is space for a family or a small group. Those who want to explore Umbria on horseback, can do so from a nearby riding stable. Lake Trasimeno for swimming, boating and surfing is at 20 min driving distance.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation up to the 30th day before the start of the rental, we will retain the deposit of 30%. From the 29th day onward, we will have to charge you 80% of the accommodation costs if we cannot re-rent the booked apartment. If we manage to find a replacement tenant, you will receive all your payments back minus a fee of EUR 25. Services not used cannot be refunded.

The Villa La Rogaia offers a variety of creative courses: From painting to dancing to cooking. More information about the courses on our website. In order to make your holiday at La Rogaia even more enjoyable we can offer to you the following activities:
· Guided walks around Lake Trasimeno. Completely free of charge, only in the months of May (on Saturdays and Sundays), June, July, August (on Sundays) and November (on Saturdays and Sundays)

We have had a large country house near Passignano sul Trasimeno in beautiful Umbria for many years. We run a small organic farm, produce olive oil and grow lavender, scented roses and fruit. We also rent out holiday flats, organise various courses (sculpting, painting, cooking, creative writing, dancing) and organise hikes, cultural tours and wine tastings.
