Description
The flat has a living/dining area on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a terrace. The flat is furnished with wooden parquet flooring. On the upper floor there is a shower room and two bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, in the other bedroom there is a double bunk bed. All beds are 100x200cm. In the living room as well as in the bedroom with the double bed, there is a flat screen TV with satellite receiver in each room. There is a washing machine in the shower room. In addition, there is a laundry room in the building, which has another washing machine as well as a coin-operated dryer.
On the ground floor, next to the entrance area to the flat, there is also a second bathroom with WC.

Booking inquiries are free of charge. After a binding booking (20% deposit has already been made), the following applies: The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing (letter or email). In the event of withdrawal, the tenant is liable to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred: - From the day the tenant's deposit is received until 91 days before the start of the rental: €0 processing fee. - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental: amount of the deposit plus €25 processing fee. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price plus a €25 processing fee. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price plus a €25 processing fee. - If withdrawal takes place less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid. The receipt date of your withdrawal message is what counts. Any payments already made will be credited. A substitute person who meets the mentioned conditions can be provided by the tenant. A written notification is sufficient. The tenant is advised to take out a travel cancellation insurance at their own expense.

Highly recommended
The apartment is beautifully located and very well equipped. The furnishings are cozy. One can reach the harbor (ferry) in just a few minutes on foot. And by car, you can quickly get to the Netherlands. So there is a lot to discover. The stay was relaxing. We would love to come back.

We (retired couple) found a perfect accommodation! Absolutely clean, great amenities that left nothing to be desired, and very good beds! The location is also excellent, near the ferry to Emden, as a starting point for bike tours, and within walking distance to the village center with church, windmill, and dining options. We can recommend the accommodation without hesitation!

Time for a family reunion
Good location of the accommodation, small harbor nearby, ferry ride to Petkum very affordable and an experience for children, dining options easily accessible, mill tour possible on weekends.
Too bad the small grocery store in the immediate vicinity was closed!
