Description
The flat has a living/dining area on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a terrace. The flat is furnished with wooden parquet flooring. On the upper floor there is a shower room and two bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, in the other bedroom there is a double bunk bed. All beds are 100x200cm. In the living room as well as in the bedroom with the double bed, there is a flat screen TV with satellite receiver in each room. There is a washing machine in the shower room. In addition, there is a laundry room in the building, which has another washing machine as well as a coin-operated dryer.
On the ground floor, next to the entrance area to the flat, there is also a second bathroom with WC.

Booking inquiries are free of charge. After a binding booking (20% deposit has already been made), the following applies: The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing (letter or email). In the event of withdrawal, the tenant is liable to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred: - From the day the tenant's deposit is received until 91 days before the start of the rental: €0 processing fee. - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental: amount of the deposit plus €25 processing fee. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price plus a €25 processing fee. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price plus a €25 processing fee. - If withdrawal takes place less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid. The receipt date of your withdrawal message is what counts. Any payments already made will be credited. A substitute person who meets the mentioned conditions can be provided by the tenant. A written notification is sufficient. The tenant is advised to take out a travel cancellation insurance at their own expense.

Great short stay
The apartment is very centrally located in Ditzum. Everything is nearby and within walking distance. We found it convenient that there is a parking space associated with the apartment. Everything was very spacious and clean. We were satisfied and will definitely come back.

Beautiful accommodation
The accommodation was very clean and nothing was missing. The bed slats are adjustable. The small terrace facing the town center has a nice location. For small shopping, there is a small store next door. There you can also have breakfast or just buy delicious baked goods. We will book the holiday apartment again on a trip to the region.

Everything you need is here, great location.
One finds everything needed in the apartment.
The accommodation was very clean.
Plus point for the bicycles that can be used and for the parking space at the house.
The location is perfect; you are right in the village and the harbor, restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
Next door is a small supermarket with a bakery.
And also a pizzeria.
Bus stop in front of the door, in case you want to leave the car behind.
I really liked it and I will definitely come back.

Beautiful vacation apartment in a central location of Ditzum
Clean accommodation with terrace. Bedrooms on the 1st floor via a spiral staircase must be considered. Equipment is good.

Die kleine Terrasse Richtung Ortskern hat eine schöne Lage. Für den kleinen Einkauf gibt es einen kleinen Laden nebenan. Dort kann man auch Frühstücken oder nur leckere Backwaren kaufen.
Wir werden die Ferienwohnung bei einer Reise in die Region wieder buchen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.
Pluspunkt für die Fahrräder, welche man nutzen kann und für den Parkplatz am Haus.
Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist direkt im Ort und der Hafen, Restaurants sind fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei.
Und auch eine Pizzeria.
Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, falls man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte.
Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich komme bestimmt wieder.
Ausstattung ist gut.
Man ist fußläufig am Hafen. In diesem gemütlichen Ort kann man schnell runterkommen und sich gut erholen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Hafen (Fähre). Und mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in den Niederlanden. Man kann also einiges entdecken.
Der Aufenthalt war erholsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Absolut sauber, super Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen ließ und sehr gute Betten!
Die Lage ist ebenfalls bestens, zur Fähre Richtung Emden, als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und die fussläufige Erreichbarkeit des Dorfkernes mit Kirche, Windmühle und Gastronomie.
Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen!
Schade, dass der kleine Einkaufsmarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe geschlossen wurde!
Die Schlafräume und das Bad sind über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Eventuell eine Einschränkung für ältere Personen.
