Description
The flat has a living/dining area on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a terrace. The flat is furnished with wooden parquet flooring. On the upper floor there is a shower room and two bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, in the other bedroom there is a double bunk bed. All beds are 100x200cm. In the living room as well as in the bedroom with the double bed, there is a flat screen TV with satellite receiver in each room. There is a washing machine in the shower room. In addition, there is a laundry room in the building, which has another washing machine as well as a coin-operated dryer.
On the ground floor, next to the entrance area to the flat, there is also a second bathroom with WC.

Tag vor Mietbeginn 50% des Gesamtpreises zzgl. 25€ Bearbeitungsgebühr - vom 14. Tag bis zum 8. Tag vor Mietbeginn 80% des Gesamtpreises zzgl. 25€ Bearbeitungsgebühr - Bei einem Rücktritt weniger als acht Tagen vor Mietbeginn ist der volle Reisepreis zu zahlen. Es zählt jeweils das Empfangsdatum Ihrer Rücktrittsnachricht. Bereits eingezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet. Eine Ersatzperson, die zu genannten Bedingungen in Ihren Vertrag eintritt, kann vom Mieter gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung genügt. Dem Mieter wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung auf eigene Rechnung empfohlen.

Review of the mill in Rheiderland
beautiful accommodation planning such apartments from such a building and maintaining it is great in the middle of the town beautiful view of the mill bike tours in all directions met nice people in the town everything worked out for our last minute booking had a few very relaxing days

Super cosy, great location
The flat is in top condition and is excellently furnished and equipped. It even has a spacious bathroom with washing machine and a guest toilet.
