Description
Our very well-equipped private holiday home Herckenstein 124 (approx. 80 sqm) is located in the beautiful Port Greve holiday park in Den Osse/Brouwershaven with old trees and idyllic marinas directly on the Grevelingen Sea. It has recently been completely modernised. The fan-like architectural style of the six row houses contributes to an individual holiday, the neighbors do not look at the pleasantly furnished terrace.
The holiday home (completely renovated in 2022) is equipped for four people. A high chair for small children is available as well as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron etc. in a separate storage room. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove, a spacious dining and living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a shower room with toilet. This is followed by a large covered terrace and the fully fenced garden overlooking a beautifully landscaped pond. Our guests can enjoy the sun as well as shady spots.
On the upper floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with a balcony and a second bathroom with a bathtub/toilet.
The house has gas central heating, the floors are covered with foot-friendly, soundproofing cork laminate, the bathrooms are tiled in a modern style.
We are independent of the park administration, a friendly, competent manager couple takes care of the house and our guests on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The Summio Holiday Park Port Greve in Den Osse/Brouwershaven is located directly on Lake Grevelingen. All water sports and also fishing are possible here. In the neighborhood is the Brouwersdam spot, popular with windsurfers. Cycling and hiking are just as popular as simply relaxing on your own beach, about 200 meters away. In the holiday park there are two children's playgrounds and also a small supermarket for essentials (the next, significantly larger one is a Plus in Scharendijke, four kilometers away). Restaurants and beach bars (in summer) are within walking or cycling distance. The North Sea beach of Renesse and beautiful old places like Burgh-Haamstede, Zierikzee, or Zonnemaire are only a few kilometers away. Middelburg, Veere or Oostkapelle can be reached via the Zeeland Bridge, which crosses the Oosterschelde, in a good half hour's drive. The small center of our town Brouwershaven with its idyllic harbor and marketplace as well as some small shops (including an Edeka) is a good two kilometers away; you can walk or cycle there via the Grevelingendam.

| A deposit of 30% of the holiday home rent is due with the booking confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Additional services (see above) are paid in cash to the manager on site Our guests can arrive on any day of the week. The service fee for house/key handover/return and final cleaning (€ 85.00) is obligatory. Please note: There is a 50% surcharge on this contribution for arrivals/and or departures on Sundays and/or public holidays. It therefore depends on the booking and will be calculated and confirmed individually. If only one Sunday and/or public holiday is affected by arrival and departure, this will of course be taken into account. |

Payment terms: 30% deposit upon written booking confirmation. Balance payment 4 weeks before arrival. Additional services (as mentioned above) are to be paid in cash to the administrator upon arrival. Cancellation/Withdrawal: Up to 30 days before arrival: deposit is non-refundable. Thereafter, and up to the day of arrival, the full invoice amount is due (excluding deposit, service contribution, and tourist tax). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Simply great!!!
We have been to this park many times and have stayed in various houses. Based on the description on the website, we were looking forward to a nice accommodation, and our expectations were exceeded. This accommodation is by far the best we have used so far. Starting from the nice and helpful contact with the landlord, through the problem-free key handover and the extremely friendly reception by the manager, to the furnishings and cleanliness of the house, we are thrilled. We can warmly recommend the house and were certainly not here for the last time ourselves.

Beautiful week by the sea
After the very nice and friendly handover, we enjoyed a wonderful week by the lake. The apartment is ideally located for bike excursions. From the bedroom, you look directly onto a small pond with ducks. A lovely covered terrace invites you to relax. Good layout of the apartment and nice surroundings. We would be happy to come back.

The house is nicely furnished and also suitable for families with children - especially since the beautiful and subtle decor is out of reach of the children upstairs ;)
The oven is great and is not present in most houses in the complex, making it quite important for self-catering.
The dryer is also practical when the weather isn't so good and the laundry doesn't dry quickly on the line. The property managers are very friendly and pleasant, reliable and helpful. The contact with the landlord was also always friendly and quick.
No matter what arrangement you want to go there in, we can highly recommend this house.
