Description
The holiday home with night storage heating has 35 m² of living space, has 3 comfortably furnished rooms and offers space for 4 people:
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with bunk bed
1 living room with dining area (a high chair for the smallest guests is available) and comfortable sofa incl. SAT-TV
1 bathroom with shower and WC
In the small but fully equipped open kitchen you can prepare your own meals with

This is a semi-detached bungalow, but you will not be disturbed by the neighbours as there is a sturdy privacy fence between the houses. The property is also enclosed by a fence and hedges. The large sun terrace (south side) with a view into the garden invites you to linger. Garden furniture and barbecue are of course part of the outdoor equipment.
There is also a parking space for a car right next to the house.
A private jetty and a rowing boat (fishing punt) belong to the house and can be used free of charge.
Bringing pets (no cats due to allergies!) is possible by arrangement.
Bed linen (standard size), sheets and towels are not included in the rental price and must be brought by yourself!

Location and surroundings of object
We rent out a cosy holiday home, framed in open nature, in Neu Canow on Lake Gobenow. Despite its quiet location, it is still centrally situated in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. A Dorado for leisure captains, sports and active holidaymakers, families, dog owners - and all nature lovers!
The Neu Canow holiday bungalow settlement is located between Canow and Wustrow on Lake Gobenow.
A well-stocked fishing shop and a small grocery shop are about 3 km away.
The idyllic Gobenowsee lake with the three bathing spots belonging to the bungalow settlement is about 150 metres away.
To reach the lake you only have to go downhill through a small piece of forest, there are several footpaths there and a well-built path that is passable by car.
Motor boats are allowed for residents. A slipway is available at the fisherman's in Canow.
There are connections to the Rätzsee and Labussee lakes via romantic canals. Especially interesting for water hikers: there is a direct connection to the Müritz-Havel waterway.
The network of cycle paths is very well developed. There is a direct connection from the resort to the Mecklenburg Lakes Cycle Route.
A large playground belongs to the holiday home settlement, where the youngest can let off steam.

Immer wieder gern...
Mehrfach war ich nun schon in diesem Bungalow . immer zu Beginn der Saison , zum Angeln . Es ist alles da was man(n) so braucht und so steht einem ungetrübten Angelvergnügen , auch Dank eines Motors zum Boot nichts im Wege . Der See und die Natur lässt einen die täglichen Lasten im Alltag schnell vergessen und so kann man sich entspannt erholen . Bei eventuellen Fragen standen die Vermieter schnellstens mit Rat zur Seite . Nette Nachbarn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe runden das Bild schließlich ab .
Deswegen wie oben gesagt , immer wieder gern......

Urlaub in Neu Canow
Sehr schöne Gegend: nur Wald, Seen, Pflanzen und Tiere, Natur pur.
Im Sommer und Herbst traumhaft für Pilz- und Blaubeerensammler.
Ein wunderschöner See in zentraler Lage (Verbindungen zu anderen Gewässern).
Zu dem Boot kann man einen kleinen Benzinmotor dazu mieten, das macht echt Laune! Für Angler sehr zu empfehlen. Guter Fischbestand im See.
Unsere Kinder haben sich hier auch sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten sich auf dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz austoben.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
