Reduced prices in May and June! Detached, quietly located holiday home in a bungalow complex with swimming pool. The complex is situated in a nature park; from here you can hike to beautiful waterfalls or other villages. Lovely open view of the Monte Baldo mountains and the valley near Gardola. The area is approx. 59 m² with an additional veranda and a garden facing southeast. Enjoy breakfast in the sun with a wonderful view, hearing only the birds sing or occasionally a bleating goat. The house is suitable for 6 people (note: a bunk bed) and is quietly located with a beautiful garden with terraces and a cozy dining table.
Pellets for the stove must be obtained by yourself and can be delivered to the bungalow.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2 coffee machines (filter and percolator). Sufficient kitchen utensils for 6 people. Living room equipped with DVD, TV (casting!) and radio (D, Eng, Nl, F), games, books and plenty of tourist information.
There are three bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Furthermore, a smaller one with 2 x 1 pers. beds and a small room with a bunk bed. All beds have a single mattress and a single duvet.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen set are available for rent.
Sufficient garden furniture is available, dining table, deck chairs, etc.
Wi-Fi is free and unlimited. There are books and some DVDs.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a bungalow park situated 600 meters above Lake Garda, in the Tignale region in a nature reserve. It is near the village of Gardola, which is the main village of Tignale. The park has a large swimming pool, a playground for the children, table tennis, etc., with a terrace and the possibility to buy ice cream or drinks. In Gardola (5 min.) everything is available. From the park you can walk to beautiful waterfalls or to a mountain hut, pilgrimage site (Monte Castello), swimming spot at the lake (Garngano), etc. The quiet side of Lake Garda.
Gardola (Tignale community) is a charming village on the west side of Lake Garda. It is located 500 meters above the lake on a mountain and offers a panoramic view of the Monte Baldo mountains and the east side of the lake. Due to the mild climate, Tignale is the ideal holiday destination for all seasons. In the village of Gardola there are restaurants, cafés, a bakery, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, a supermarket, and other shops. Every Tuesday morning there is a weekly market. This is within walking distance and 5 minutes by car.
Furthermore, you can drive to Tremosine or the Brasscha gorge, to Campione (surfing), Limone, Riva, Torbole (surfing), Gardone Riviera (Il Vittoriale), Salo, etc. Lake Ledro and Lake Tenno are also special. By boat you can go to Malcesine (Monte Baldo Cable Car), or from Maderno to Torri del Benaco, to reach the other side of the lake, such as Garda. Venice is also possible.
There is too much to mention!
Recreational possibilities: fishing, boating, canyoning (with guide), amusement park, jet skiing, climbing, motor boat rental, mountain biking, rafting, swimming, surfing, hiking, water, wine tasting.
There are many public beaches on Lake Garda, 7 km, such as at Tignale, Gargnano or Limone.

Oleander House
We stayed for two weeks in Casa Oleandro. The location is beautiful and high up in the mountains. The view is very nice and the park is tidy with a really nice swimming pool. Given the location, you are quite dependent on a car. Even though the provincial road is technically close, it takes about 20 minutes by car to get down.
The cottage is cozy, tidy, and clean. Furthermore, it is basic, but everything you need is there. If I may suggest a few points for improvement, they would be the following:
- I did not find the large bed comfortable. The mattress is rather thin and the slatted bases used are typically applied in children's beds.
- The bedrooms have very small windows that are equipped with screens. However, if you want to ventilate properly (which is necessary), you have to open the front door and the terrace door opposite each other. However, before you know it, you have an insect paradise inside. Pleated screens at the doors could provide a good solution here.
- Garden furniture could be a bit more luxurious
- A BBQ is missing.
- An air conditioning unit
The little garden by the house is beautiful with flowers, bees, fresh herbs, and a nice view of the lake.
Overall, a very successful vacation in a beautiful location.

Great little house!
The cottage is very cozy and well-maintained. The surroundings are beautiful for walking or cycling, and from the cottage, you can enjoy the view. This is definitely recommended for a nice vacation!

Nice house with beautiful view.
We had a wonderful 2-week stay. Beautiful view, lovely to sit on the terrace, especially with the 2 reclining chairs. The interior is nice and well-furnished. We were two people and of course slept in the lovely master bedroom with a beautiful view. Good bed, good mattress, and sufficient storage space. Good wifi in the house and we found streaming TV via Chromecast very pleasant. Everything you can watch at home and easy to do. We love cooking and the kitchen was very convenient for us, with everything you need. The only point of attention for us was the relatively small fridge for a house that can accommodate 6 guests. With 2 people, the fridge was almost full for us, partly because you don't drive down the mountain for every shopping trip and therefore buy more. Furthermore, the house and barn were stocked with a lot of (backup) supplies, which is very convenient. From light bulbs to cleaning supplies, a medicine box, too much to mention. The contacts with Anke were very pleasant. We would definitely recommend this house to others!Warm regards, Jan and Saskia, Almere.

Hartelijk dank voor de mooie beoordeling en bedankt voor het netjes achterlaten en kleine werkjes te doen, zoals een lampje vervangen en wat onkruid weghalen!!
Wat de koelkast betreft: er is al een nieuwe besteld, groter en groter vriesvak. Op de plaats van de oude komt nu een vaatwasser en in de keuken komt iets meer ruimte omdat de combi-oven daar weg gaat. Nogmaal hartelijk dank en misschien tot nog eens!

We felt comfortable :).
The location is fantastic, the pool with bar and facilities as well.
The house is spacious. The furniture in the bathroom and kitchen could be renewed. During heavy rain, significant amounts of water entered through the windows in the living room and bedroom. That should not happen.
Overall, it was somewhat unclean.

Hallo Savina, Dank voor de beoordeling. Wij hebben vastgesteld dat er bij hele hevige regen, met harde wind, wat water onder de schuifpui, in de woonkamer kan komen. Dat is vervelend. We zullen het opnieuw kitten. Wel hebben we gezien, dat dit in géén enkele slaapkamer is gebeurd of kan gebeuren.
Verder hebben we alleen maar goede beoordelingen, ook over de schoonmaak. Ik heb daar dus geen klacht over ingediend, omdat we nu zelf ook constateren dat het er netjes uitziet.
Hallo Savina, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir haben festgestellt, dass bei sehr starkem Regen und starkem Wind etwas Wasser unter der Schiebetür in das Wohnzimmer eindringen kann. Das ist ärgerlich. Wir werden sie neu kleben. Wir haben jedoch festgestellt, dass dies in keinem der Schlafzimmer der Fall ist oder sein kann. Außerdem haben wir nur gute Bewertungen, auch über die Reinigung. Ich habe mich also nicht darüber beschwert, denn wir sehen ja selbst, dass es ordentlich aussieht.

We had a wonderful holiday here with our family. Very atmospheric holiday home in a beautiful location on the park. The landlords have done everything to make the tenants feel at home! Quick response and detailed information in advance. Lots to see and do in a beautiful area. In short, a good choice!
