We have rented this house for a week, nicely furnished with a beautiful view.
It is located quite high, so a bit further from the lake.
It is a beautiful area with lots to do.
The park itself has a lovely swimming pool and a bread service.

Enjoy your holiday at Casa Oleandro

We had a great 10-day vacation at Casa Oleandro with the three of us. Casa Oleandro is a practical house, with enough space for three people, freedom, and a beautiful location. The house is a bit outdated but has its charms.

We also made regular use of the swimming pool at the park, which is very nice for children. The surroundings are also very beautiful with nice dining options.

Bungalow in the mountains B17

Bungalow is okay.
Comfort is excellent.
Furnishing too.
Location is beautiful, in the middle of nature with a great view.
Gardola is a nice town where everything is available, especially great restaurants with very good and affordable food.
The park is well-maintained with friendly management and a good pool.
Unfortunately, there is no entertainment on the park.
The website says 1 km to the lake as the crow flies. It is 7 km by car, takes about 20 minutes, going down is a bit of getting used to, but the road is good and safe.
So, you really need a car or you have to be well-trained.
If you're not very mobile, this is less suitable.
But, to be honest, when you're sitting on the terrace, the view is amazing and that makes up for everything.

Enjoy!

We stayed in the cottage for a week and it was fantastic. The view is stunning. It is peaceful and you can enjoy the sun for a long time. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

We had very nice days on Lake Garda. The location above the lake was ideal for us. Pure tranquillity. The house was equipped with everything you need and in a clean condition that was important to us.

Casa Oleandro Italy

We had a lovely stay in Casa Oleandro and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a great family holiday. The complex is well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is so much to see and do in the area that we will have to come back next year.

Bungalow suitable for families

The bungalow is fantastically situated above Lake Garda. The terrace is particularly beautiful, with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite. Inside, the bungalow is also equipped with everything that makes a holiday stay pleasant. Lake Garda and the surrounding small towns are easy to reach. The mountains are particularly beautiful, some of which can be reached without driving from the bungalow. You can hike there for hours without meeting a soul. The only thing to mention is that the bungalow can only be reached via 30 quite steep steps. So not recommended for older people with knee problems. Best suited for families with small children, who will surely be thrilled by the pool of the holiday home complex.

Beautiful bungalow in dreamlike quiet surroundings

Beautiful, lovingly furnished, very well equipped bungalow with 2 first-class soft mattresses in the double bed incl. duvets. The terrace is not visible from the street. A wonderfully quiet environment! The beautifully situated and very well maintained swimming pool is very pleasantly heated. The restaurant belonging to it was highly praised by our previous tenants. Unfortunately, it was not open at the time of our stay. But the restaurants in the next village were all open. Fantastic hikes can be started right from the bungalow. From the road to the house entrance you can exercise your leg muscles with about 30 steps. So all in all, highly recommended.

This holiday cottage has a beautiful view of the mountains. The garden gets sun for most of the day. In the morning on the terrace, so it's wonderful to have breakfast outside in the sun. In the afternoon, the sun moves away from the terrace, making it pleasant to relax on the terrace. Our children enjoyed the pool at the park.

Just beautiful

We had a wonderful vacation here, beautiful weather and the view of Monte Baldo and the lake when sitting on the terrace in the evening and letting the day fade away, simply fantastic. This is pure relaxation and invites you to dream. The immediate surroundings can be explored very well on hikes directly from the holiday park, for example the waterfalls, the Tignale Santuario di Montecastello, of course the beautiful village of Gardola and much more, just to name a few. This way, you can also give the car and its driver a vacation, hiking enthusiasts get their money's worth here. You can shop for groceries and much more in Gardola, there are also plenty of restaurants with delicious food. We can only recommend a boat trip on Lake Garda, a ride on the cable car to Monte Baldo, a drive through the Brasa Gorge and a stroll through Limone, Salo, and Malcesine, among other things, this will remain an unforgettable experience for us. Taking a swim in Lake Garda is of course also a must. Unfortunately, the two weeks were not enough to discover all the beauties of this region, but we still saw and experienced a lot and never got bored.
The holiday house itself is equipped with everything you need, but for 6 people we imagine it could be a little problematic with only one shower/toilet, so the toilet visits have to be carefully planned :-) However, since we only traveled as a couple, everything was fine for us.
The email contact with the landlady Mrs. Huizinga was also very good, and we always received an answer from her when we had questions. The staff at the reception in the holiday park itself were also super nice and always happy to help.
Our conclusion, all in all a very nice place on earth for rest and relaxation, we can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Peaceful tranquility - Great view.

The accommodation is simple and functional. The complex can be described as a large allotment garden on the mountain. The view of Lake Garda is fantastic. Those seeking tranquility will find it here. Ideal for people who do not want to explore Lake Garda. To Lake Garda it is 9 km downhill via switchbacks, uphill to the accommodation.

Very nice holiday apartment at Lake Garda.

Very nicely furnished vacation rental, lacking nothing.
Particularly positive aspects:
Very beautiful and well-maintained garden and terrace.
No disturbing neighbors, as it is on a small hill.
Tastefully decorated rooms.
Fully equipped apartment (e.g. internet, microwave, dishes, oven, TV, etc.) - no additional costs for heating, etc. Very nice communication with the landlord.

Only SMALL disadvantage: the way to the restaurant, kiosk, and swimming pool is very strenuous because a steep ascent must be overcome.
