Description
The living area of the bungalow is approx. 60 m² and is divided into 4 rooms: a large living area with kitchen and combined living-dining room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. In total there are 5 sleeping possibilities and in one of the bedrooms there is still space for a children's travel bed (can be borrowed). On the 3-sided, partly covered terrace, you have sun from sunrise until late afternoon. To enjoy the magnificent view of Tignale, Monte Baldo, the western shore of Lake Garda and and all the way to the southern shore of the lake, you don't even have to stand on the terrace, you can do this directly from the dining table.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa with bed function (140 x 200 cm), a TV armchair with stool, a living room table, a 40" flat screen TV with a SAT system for receiving German-language TV and radio programmes and a radio with CD player. The pellet stove can be lit on cooler evenings or in bad weather (in the early and late season), but you have to bring the pellets with you or buy them yourself. The dining area is directly in front of the large sliding glass door to the east and has room for 4 - 6 people and a children's high chair. The highlight is that you can enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo while eating.
Our bungalow has its own Wifi with up to 20 Mbit/sb download. The use is included in the rental price.
The kitchen is functional yet comfortably furnished. A refrigerator with 3* freezer compartment (NEW), a 2-plate gas cooker with electric ignition and a stainless steel sink with single-lever mixer tap In addition, a wall unit with two glass doors, a wall shelf with 2 compartments, another shelf with 5 compartments under the kitchen window and a sideboard. So that you don't have to compromise on comfort while on holiday, the kitchen is equipped with various electrical appliances, such as a microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, egg boiler, toaster, bread slicer, mini oven, electric grill and a hand mixer/stirrer with beater and dough hook. A cyclone floor hoover (NEW) complete the equipment. There is enough crockery, cutlery, pots and various glasses for 6 people in the cupboards and sideboard. Additionally children's crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom is not very big and since it is in the middle of the bungalow, unfortunately without a window. But it is equipped with comfort: a modern washstand with single-lever mixer tap and a vanity unit, a large mirror with adjustable magnifying mirror, a bathroom cabinet, a WC with a dual-flush cistern (NEW), a floor-level shower (approx. 75 x 150 cm) with thermostatic mixer tap and wellness shower column with rain shower and hand shower (NEW) and a real glass shower partition (NEW). The towel warmer is electrically operated via a thermostat. Ventilation is provided by an exhaust fan controlled by a light switch.
A modern, electronically controlled gas flow heater running on liquid gas supplies the bathroom and kitchen with hot water.
The "front" bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 cm (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors, which is big enough for 4 - 6 persons. There is also a mirrored wardrobe here with a socket for the hairdryer. The room also offers enough space to place a travel cot for children. The large window faces north.
The "back" bedroom (NEW April 2022) has two single beds (80 x 200 cm each), which can be pushed together if necessary. In addition, there is an open small shelf and a tall narrow wardrobe in this room. Above the beds are wall cupboards with even more storage space. The room has one large and one small window (tiltable skylight). Both are equipped with fly screens. However, only the large window can be darkened with a blind. For a fun games evening or so that your children don't get bored so quickly on a rainy day, we have provided various games and a few children's and youth books for you in this room.
On the north and south side of the terrace there is a table with 4 and 2 garden chairs respectively. There is also a corner rattan lounge (NEW) on the south terrace for cosy lounging around. The sun loungers can be placed on one of the terraces as required.
To ensure that our little guests also feel comfortable and that mum and dad don't have to pack half the household stuff in the car, there is a children's step stool, a high chair and plastic crockery and children's cutlery for at least 3 small children in our bungalow. For dogs or adventurous tots, there is a barrier gate that can be mounted individually if required.

Location and surroundings of object
Our bungalow is located in the "Villaggio di Sunclass" holiday home development in the municipality of Tignale, a state-recognised climatic health resort. It is situated between Limone and Gargnano on the western shore of Lake Garda and consists of the villages of Porto di Tignale, Piovere, Oldesio, Aer, Olzano, Prabione and the main town of Gardola.
By car, it takes about 20 min. to reach the main town of Gardola from the western shore of Lake Garda on a well-maintained road with spectacular views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
The holiday home settlement "Villaggio di Sunclass" in turn is situated on the edge of the Upper Lake Garda Nature Park ("Parco Alto Garda") approx. 680 m above the lake and nestles gently on a large slope at the end of the plateau of Tignale. From many parts of the holiday complex you have a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain massif of Monte Baldo opposite.
The resort has a lot to offer holidaymakers: Sheltered by the mountains, and thus protected from the cool winds from the west and north, behind the administration/reception is the large heated swimming pool, consisting of a swimmer's pool (25 x 10 m) with a non-swimmer's area and baby pool. Surrounding the pool area is a sun terrace and plenty of free sunshades and sunbeds. During the bathing season, an official lifeguard is employed. From our bungalow, it takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the pool, depending on how well you can walk.
The playground is a bit above the pool and offers small and bigger children possibilities to romp around, swing and slide. There are two weatherproof table tennis tables. Furthermore, there is a floor chess, a covered football pinball machine and a sandbox.
In the high season, entertainers provide various activities. Our tenants receive the TIGNALE CARD, with which they can participate in all the activities of the Tignale Tourist Office. With this card there are many discounts, e.g. in the climbing park.
The Conad supermarket in Gardola is about 1.5 km from our bungalow. It is not large but has an amazing selection , as well as a good range of fresh and gluten-free food and lactose-free dairy products. You can reach it by car in about 8 min. and on foot in about 20 -30 min. In addition, there are many restaurants and pizzerias in Tignale. Some of these have gluten-free dishes (pasta, pizzas) on the menu.

Our bungalow is not an explicit non-smoking bungalow (although we are non-smokers), however we would like to ask you to smoke outside the bungalow only. Subsequent non-smoking tenants and of course we will thank you!
There is no washing machine in the bungalow. However, you can use the laundry room next to the administration/reception. There are two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Each washing load costs 4,00 € incl. washing powder, each drying in the tumble dryer 1,00 € (as of 01.01.2022). In addition, there is a clothes horse in the bungalow.
In Gardola there are several charging stations for electric cars from GardaUno.

Beautiful holiday with a great view.
Dear Mrs Eibner,
we had a very nice time in your well-equipped bungalow.
The location is super and the view of the lake is fantastic.

Pure relaxation
Fantastic view with a great terrace.
It was a pleasure to experience the view over the whole lake from sunrise to sunset. The landlord was excellent, helpful and responsive at all times. The surroundings are very nice with many good restaurants.
We will be very happy to come back at the next opportunity.

herrlicher Blick über den Gardasee
schöner Urlaub, herrliche Terrasse mit Seeblick, Sonne von morgens bis ca. 17 h, für uns als Sonnenanbeter super! Hund konnte Eidechsen beobachten u.war beschäftigt :-) ...... waren allerdings nicht am Pool, da es vom Haus aus richtig steil Berg hoch geht. Küche super ausgestattet und sauber !!! Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer einen Blick darauf werfen. Kommen gerne wieder, dann vielleicht für 2 Wo. dann :-)

schöner Urlaub am Gardasee
Die Bungalowsiedlung liegt wirklich sehr schön und man hat einen wundervollen Blick über einen großen Teil des Gardasees. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool in der Anlage ist ausreichend groß und die Kids können sich richtig austoben. In unserem Bungalow war soweit alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gardasee einfach traumhaft
Wir haben uns mit unserem sechsjährigen Sohn im Bungalow sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen und vor allem der herrliche Blick auf den Gardasee haben uns zwei sehr erholsame Wochen bereitet. Die Fahrt nach Hause fiel uns sehr schwer.
