We invite you to spend a few chilling days at one of the most exclusive private lakes in Germany.
Lake Hainer See is located about 20 km from Leipzig, covers an area of about 4 square kilometres, has a maximum depth of 49 metres and can be circumnavigated on foot, by bicycle or other wheeled sports equipment over a distance of about 14 kilometres.
Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway for two, an unusual place to stay for a city trip, or a summer holiday with the kids ... you can get all that and much more here at BellaVistaBeachhouse.
The house is divided into two luxuriously furnished holiday flats and offers a generously dimensioned outdoor area terraced on the hillside with a breakfast courtyard under a parasol, a barbecue and campfire plateau on soft sand and our BellaVista viewing level with a lookout tower over our own orchard.
Up to 2 vehicles can be parked directly on the property free of charge
You have the possibility to use the 2 in-house SUP's free of charge.
The flat offered here is located on the 1st floor of the 2-storey holiday villa and offers enough space for up to 4 people on 75 sqm. A quietly situated bedroom with a large double bed, as well as a comfortable pull-out couch are available for a restful sleep.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal.
All additional costs, such as electricity, water or internet are already included.
There are only obligatory service charges of 40,-€ for the guest service and 70,-€ for the final cleaning.
Enjoy wonderful times with us in summer on the beach, or in the evenings by the crackling fireplace.

Our elegant holiday home is located directly on the northern beach of Lake Hainer See in a quiet holiday area with a fantastic view of the lake, which presents itself in different colours at every time of day.
A bathing jetty about 25 metres away leads directly into the crystal-clear water and invites you to wake up in the morning, as well as for an evening photo shoot and, of course, to jump into the cool water at any time
There are beaches with fine sand to the right and left at a distance of about 100 metres, as well as others around the lake.
Situated in the heart of the Leipziger Neuseenland, Lake Hainer See is one of the larger lakes in the area. It is easily accessible via the A72 motorway, which connects the city of Leipzig with the south.

| There is one generously sized basket of firewood including kindling available free of charge per stay. For bookings made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, the entire rental price is due immediately. |
