Description
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with double beds and lake view. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The couch, as well as the dining area, overlooks the lake with the rising sun until it sets.
The main bathroom has a double washbasin, toilet and spacious shower. The sauna is also in the bathroom. There you can sweat for two and afterwards you can cool down in the lake. The highlight of the house is a large terrace to relax and dream. But the special thing is the private beach right next to the house.

The house is located directly on Lake Hainer See in a holiday home complex. The Leipziger Seenland offers the most beautiful holiday moments especially for all cyclists, walkers and water sports enthusiasts. The city centre of Leipzig is about 20 minutes away and offers a variety of shopping experiences and cultural opportunities.

In the cottage area, the Barina café bar awaits you at the weekend with ice cream and cold drinks. Or two cosy Dutch bikes invite you to cycle to the restaurant on the opposite side of the lake (approx. 15 min). At Wake & Beach you can rent just about anything that has to do with water sports. Wakeboarding across the lake or riding the banana behind the boat is all great fun. There is a canoe at the house for free use...paddling into the sunset is of course an absolute dream.

Beautiful short holiday
We were as a family (4 adults, 2 children) on a short holiday in the holiday house. The daily view of the lake is dreamy. We quickly got to Leipzig, but a relaxed walk around the lake was nice too! The accommodation was clean and very well equipped. Highly recommended!

My favorite holiday home
The house offers everything you could wish for a lake vacation: wonderful surroundings, tranquility, clear beautiful lake water, bicycles, BBQ, a large terrace with space for 6 adults. The owners have made a great effort to make everything as comfortable and convenient as possible. Even in bad weather, you can spend a few days there comfortably; you can run directly from the sauna into the lake. The premises provide everything you need, and everything worked perfectly and was clean. I can only recommend this house; I have been there for the second time now and hope for a repeat next year!

Great accommodation with minor deductions.
We were only there for a short trip at Holiday House No. 4, but we felt comfortable there. The house is spacious, not too cluttered and tidy. The many extras that are provided for free are a dream, although we couldn't use everything due to the short time we had.
However, unfortunately all kitchen utensils were dirty with crumbs and hairs on the dishes and dead insects everywhere. It didn't bother us and we washed everything and removed insects, but that shouldn't be the case at this price. The specified private beach only seems to be an unsecured direct access from the house to the lake, which we understood differently. The house is heated with a modern heat pump, but the water is partly heated through a flow heater and with low pressure in the shower. A water softener is also installed, but I couldn't determine the raw and soft water hardness. Overall, a great accommodation, also recommended with children but with a little supervision.

A dream of a short holiday
We were there between Christmas and New Year's on short notice. We were completely enthusiastic. Fantastic location, a beautiful house with great equipment. Everything super clean and equipped with everything you need. Our 3 children felt very comfortable. We can only highly recommend this property and will gladly come back.
