Our "mountain nest" is a special place: Your place of strength in the mountains. Enjoy your well-deserved time-out, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take a deep breath. Modern, with a traditional alpine atmosphere - this is the best way to describe the newly renovated apartment. Up to four people will find plenty of vacation space on around 60 square meters. As soon as you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and friendly atmosphere. You can tell that interior design professionals were at work here at every turn: perfectly coordinated color nuances convey a pleasant living feeling and contribute to the feel-good atmosphere.
The living and dining area of our apartment has a spacious dining table with chairs and a comfortable bench. Here you can spend cozy evenings. Directly adjacent is the open kitchen - amateur chefs will get their money's worth here! A large work surface and all the necessary appliances await you. Naturally, the new kitchen is equipped with everything you wouldn't want to miss in your cooking area at home: from a kettle to a knife block, you are well provided for.
There is a small, cozy sofa in the front part of the living area. If you need a break from hiking or simply want to spend a few cozy hours at home, you will of course also find a TV here.
The mountains close enough to touch - this feeling probably comes automatically when you step onto the balcony. A wonderful all-round view awaits you here. Of course, the balcony is equipped with furniture so that you can start your day with a breakfast in the fresh air on wonderful summer days. Of course, sunny winter days also invite you to fill up on fresh air here!
With two bedrooms, this apartment is perfect for families. The master bedroom has a comfortable box-spring bed and a large closet. There is also direct access to the balcony here.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. An additional TV set provides another cozy retreat here.
The layout of the bathroom has also been well thought out: the toilet is separate from the shower area with a washbasin. This invites you to enjoy some real wellness moments: The walk-in rain shower ensures relaxation and well-being.
An underground parking space is reserved for your car. Access to the underground parking garage is via Hubertusweg 16 b, the way to the house is then a footpath through the garden.
Are you traveling with several people? The apartment "Alpennest" is located on the same floor next door and can be booked for 4 people!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Bergnest verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gemütlich und ruhig gelegen, so dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben und sogar eine Nacht verlängert haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten wie ein Schuhanzieher, Schneebesen und paar Topflappen haben wir in der Wohnung vermisst und möchten wir hiermit als Tipp für die Eigentümer erwähnen. :) Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut zu Fahrradtouren oder Wanderungen starten. Sollte das Wetter einmal nicht so gut sein, hat man auch vom Sofa aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berglandschaft oder kann sich mit dem Smart-TV und dem guten Internet ein Film/Serie anschauen. Auto und E-Bikes sind sicher in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage untergebracht. Einziges Manko ist, das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, vor allem die Schritte anderer hörte man aus den umliegenden Wohnungen. Im Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr tollen Urlaub und haben viel erleben können, gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben, um alles in der Region zu erkunden, denn davon gibt es hier reichlich!

Very nice holiday apartment. Beautifully furnished and cozy. Central location. Everything could be explored and reached on foot. Overall, very nice. We will gladly recommend it and maybe we will come back to GaPa in a few years!

Great vacation rental. Modern furnishings. Located within walking distance of Kainzenbad. Mountain views from the balcony. Nearest shopping facility (Netto) is about a 12-minute walk away. Underground parking space may be a bit tight (multiple maneuvers necessary). Excellent care provided by the Mahr team.

The accommodation was modern and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. We only missed small things like a shoe horn, whisk and a few pot holders in the apartment and would like to mention them here as a tip for the owners. :)
From the apartment, you can start cycling or hiking tours. If the weather is not so good, you also have a breathtaking view of the mountain landscape from the sofa or you can watch a movie/series on the smart TV and good internet.
The car and e-bikes are safely stored in the associated underground garage.
The only downside is that the house is unfortunately very noisy, especially the steps of others can be heard from the surrounding apartments.
Overall, we had a great vacation and were able to experience a lot. We would have liked to stay longer to explore everything in the region, as there is plenty to see here!

We spent a wonderful short holiday in the holiday flat Bergnest. The flat was clean, very cosy and quietly located, so that we felt completely comfortable and even extended one night. We will be very happy to come back!
