This holiday apartment in Partenkirchen is a cosy “nest in the Alps” for up to four people, and is thus also a perfect holiday home for the entire family.

Put the stresses and strains of everyday life behind you and kick back and enjoy your holiday- there’s no better place to do that than
in a comfortably equipped holiday apartment with top quality fittings. The Alpennest has 62 square meters of light-flooded space on the first floor of a multi-family dwelling.

You can see this straight away in the generously dimensioned living room with its floor-length windows. This room is split into two zones: The
comfortable living area with its seating arrangement, cable TV and stereo system makes you feel right at home thanks to its alpine country style. In addition, there is also a beautiful dining area with a corner bench and table.

Holiday apartment with two bedrooms
The separate kitchen is just a few steps away from the living room, and it boasts top-quality equipment including a dish washer and automatic coffee machine, and sparkles in every respect. Hobby chefs will really enjoy cooking here.

The two bedrooms mean that this holiday apartment in Partenkirchen is just right for two couples or also for a family with children. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers.

Spacious balcony with a view of the Alps
The bathroom is also tastefully fitted and has a bathtub with a shower curtain. There is also a separate WC.

The peaceful, generously sized south/west balcony, can be accessed from the living room and one of the bedrooms, and offers enough space for all of the holiday guests. It has an amazing view of the mountains and also the Alpspitze and Dreitorspitze.

The “Alpennest” holiday apartment is located in a much-loved area of Partenkirchen, and offers a brilliant starting point for all holiday activities and excursions. Hiking trails are within easy reach. The Olympic ski jumping hill and the route to the fantastic natural monument
Partnachklamm are practically outside the front door. The heart of Partenkirchen, the historic Ludwigstraße, can be reached in just a few minutes by foot.

This apartment is also excellently situated for winter activities, and cross-country skiers can reach the trails in Kaltenbrunn or the sunny valleys around Krün and Wallgau.
An underground parking space is reserved for the guests’ car. The holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Tolle kompakte, moderne Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Blick auf die Berge und die Sprungschanze. Super gelegen, kommt man per pedes schnell ins Zentrum oder zum spazieren in die Natur. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Insgesamt eine sehr nett eingerichtete Wohnung, mit gemütlichem Sofa und Sessel direkt an den hellen Wohnzimmerfenstern, von denen man bei gutem Wetter einen Blick auf die Schanze und Berge erhaschen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, insbesondere der Geschirrspüler und der Kaffeevollautomat sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Inzwischen ;im Vergleich zu alten Bewertungen; ist auch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern kommt man gut in der Wohnung unter, jedoch ist der Platz zum Spielen tatsächlich etwas eingeschränkt - im Idealfall ist man aber ja eh meist draußen unterwegs. Zur Olympiaschanze und der Partnachklamm sind es keine 5 Minuten Fußweg, und die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist keine Durchgangsstraße, so dass es recht ruhig ist. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir buchten diese Wohnung vom 22.12. bis 02.01.2017. 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 2 Hunde. Die Größe der Wohnung ist ok, wobei die Küche sehr klein ist. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung top. Ausreichend Handtücher, Schuhablage im Flur, Besen und Reinigungsutensilien, Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl kann dazugemietet werden. Es fehlt an Platz für Vorräte, aber wir behalfen uns. Die Küche an sich ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf vielleicht ein Kartoffelstampfer und die Mögichkeit, den Müll vernünftig zu trennen. Die Spülmaschine ist eine echte Erleichterung. Eine Mikrowelle brachten wir selbst mit, für die war bequem Platz in der Küche. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, was für eine Fewo, in der Kinder und Tiere erlaubt sind, nicht so ideal ist. Man hört alles um sich herum und natürlich hören die Wohnungen drumherum auch alles. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Nah an der Skisprungschanze und Geschäfte sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz findet man vor der Tür auch meist.

Wir waren mit unser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Sauber, alles was man braucht war da. Auch das Wetter hat gepasst und wir konnten auch den Balkon geniessen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnungen jedermann.

Everything was good, we felt very comfortable. You have to pick up the key at the opposite end of the city, which was a long walk with luggage for us as we came without a car. Fortunately, upon departure, we were able to simply leave the key in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, which was great after our hikes! Thank you very much!

We booked this apartment from December 22nd to January 2nd, 2017.
4 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs.
The size of the apartment is okay, although the kitchen is very small. The apartment is well equipped. Sufficient towels, shoe rack in the hallway, broom and cleaning utensils, a cot and high chair can be rented additionally. There is a lack of storage space for supplies, but we managed. The kitchen itself is well equipped, except maybe for a potato masher and the possibility to separate the garbage properly. The dishwasher is a real relief. We brought our own microwave, which fit comfortably in the kitchen.

The house is very noisy, which is not ideal for a vacation rental where children and animals are allowed. You can hear everything around you, and of course, the surrounding apartments can also hear everything.

The location of the apartment is great. Close to the ski jump and shops can be reached in a short time. You can usually find a parking space in front of the door.

Overall, a very nicely furnished apartment, with a comfortable sofa and armchair right by the bright living room windows, from which you can catch a glimpse of the Schanze and the mountains in good weather.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, in particular the dishwasher and the coffee machine are a big plus. Meanwhile, in comparison to old reviews, there is also a microwave available.

With two adults and two small children, the apartment is suitable, although the space for playing is actually somewhat limited - but ideally, you are mostly outside anyway. It takes less than 5 minutes on foot to get to the Olympic ski jump and the Partnach Gorge, and the street where the apartment is located is not a through road, so it's quite quiet.

We had a nice vacation and would love to come back!

The apartment is definitely recommended. Very quiet location, after a short walk directly on walking paths but also shopping possibility. Nothing was missing in the apartment, and there were very nice and helpful neighbors.

Everything went smoothly, the flat is quiet and well located to get to Partenkirchen on foot. Everything you need is within walking distance. Everything else in the immediate vicinity is easily accessible by car.
