We specifically looked for an apartment with Wi-Fi and booked it. In the confirmation sent to us shortly before our arrival, there was the password. When we arrived, the administration was surprised that we assumed there would be Wi-Fi reception. It was stated that it would not be accessible again until November. We referred to the existing contract. We were told to give it a try. The non-transparent and open handling of this defect surprised/disappointed us greatly. If we had known this beforehand, we would have had the opportunity to bring a device with Wi-Fi access. The vacation was otherwise very nice. We were also very satisfied with the apartment itself. However, communication from the property management side should be improved.
