You enter the spacious holiday flat on the ground floor with its upscale ambience via its own entrance
The holiday accommodation has a large living room with a cosy sofa landscape and a wood-burning stove as well as a bright dining area with an integrated brand-name fitted kitchen. The sunny living room with its bright Villeroy&Boch tiles is adjoined by a large south-west facing covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the warm summer evenings.
The modern kitchen in light maple consists of a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, pots and pans, and much more.
A beautiful bedroom with a double bed 180/200 cm with new allergy-friendly pocket spring mattresses as well as one with a new double bed 160/200 cm ensure a peaceful and relaxed sleep
You can also store more extensive holiday wardrobes in the large wardrobes.
The spacious bathroom with shower, WC and towel heating is equipped with underfloor heating and has a washing machine ready - if necessary during your holiday.

There are 4 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The nearest well-stocked EDEKA market is only 200m; approx.5 min.walk from the holiday flat and is located directly on the street.
By choosing our holiday flat in Kölpinsee, you have the ideal starting point for bicycle tours, both to the nearby, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, as well as to the almost equally nearby Achterwasser with its species-rich nature. Due to the central location in the middle of the island, the imperial spas and Swinemünde in Poland are just as easy to reach as the historically interesting Peenemünde. But excursions to the small towns with romantic houses and to the numerous lakes in the hinterland are also a delightful addition to a beach holiday.

Beautiful, tasteful holiday apartment
Very nice holiday apartment, we lacked nothing!!! Recommended for 4 adults, as there are two bedrooms with double beds!
We have had several apartments in the area, this is the nicest apartment we have had!
The terrace and garden are well usable and a grill was also ready!
All in all: we will definitely come back!!!!

It is a beautiful vacation apartment, a small playground is right across the street. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away. The location is optimal.
