The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The property is located in a quiet location, not far from the center of Starigrad. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 250 m). Parking is available on the property.

Living/bedroom (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children under the year of 10), TV and access to the balcony (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). Kitchenette in the living & bedroom (20 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (5 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
