Murmeli - In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms offers enough space for up to four people.
With minimalistic, high-quality furnishings combined with bright rooms and warm wooden elements, this flat is just waiting to give you an unforgettable stay.
The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a large, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or to soak up the sun.
The heart of the flat is on the ground floor; a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. The comfortable seating area invites you to relax in front of the TV and is cleverly separated from the inviting dining area and kitchen by a room divider.
The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the living area are a guest toilet and one of the bedrooms. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV, spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, you will find an ideal retreat and cosy spot for a good night's sleep.
A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with shower. A second entrance door gives you easy access to the cellar and the underground garage.
To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you have your own washing machine and dryer.
The flat Murmeli is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.

We had a dreamy stay in a beautifully modern vacation apartment that immediately thrilled us. Everything was really thought of, from the perfect kitchen equipment to really good lighting in the bathroom. In 5 minutes you can walk to the center and in 2 minutes you are at the bus stop. And then there's the mountain view on the large, well-maintained terrace - what more could you want? The service team and all the communication were great from the first contact. No matter where our next trip takes us, it will be hard to top this vacation apartment!

A very beautiful apartment, tasteful furnishings, the kitchen well equipped, central and a great view of the Alpspitze from the garden. The price in the high season is quite steep, but it was worth it after all.
