Murmeli - In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms offers enough space for up to four people.
With minimalistic, high-quality furnishings combined with bright rooms and warm wooden elements, this flat is just waiting to give you an unforgettable stay.
The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a large, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or to soak up the sun.
The heart of the flat is on the ground floor; a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. The comfortable seating area invites you to relax in front of the TV and is cleverly separated from the inviting dining area and kitchen by a room divider.
The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the living area are a guest toilet and one of the bedrooms. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV, spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, you will find an ideal retreat and cosy spot for a good night's sleep.
A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with shower. A second entrance door gives you easy access to the cellar and the underground garage.
To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you have your own washing machine and dryer.
The flat Murmeli is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.

Alles top wie letztes Jahr. Die Lage ist super - mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß kommt man schnell zur Hausbergbahn. Abends ist Moonlight SPA im Aja Hotel direkt nebenan sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die tolle Organisation ans staygood Team!

Thank you! We enjoyed our stay which was very comfortable. Location is the best in this apartment for going out in the evenings and for quickly driving to the ski lift. The separate bedroom / bathroom downstairs is very good for children. All kitchen utensils we wanted were there and TVs easily connected to Netflix.

We can highly recommend the apartment Murmeli from A (arrival) to Z (feeling at home). In mid-September, we were able to personally see that the description and photos on the internet are not "enhanced", but correspond to the facts. Very spacious, modern and well-maintained facilities. The car is well protected in the bright underground garage because many things can be reached on foot and/or by public transport. Always friendly and uncomplicated contact with the Staygood team. We felt very comfortable and were able to recover well from our excursions (Zugspitze, Munich, etc.), because despite its central location, it is very quiet. It's a pity that a week goes by so quickly!
