In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 3 bedrooms and 125 m2 offers enough space for the whole family. With modern, high-quality furnishings combined with bright rooms and traditional old wood, the flat more than lives up to its name.
The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a large, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or to soak up the sun.
On the ground floor, the heart of the flat is a spacious living and dining area with an integrated, open kitchen. The cosy seating area with corner bench invites you to sit together at the dining table, while a comfortable sofa set provides the perfect place to switch off or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen shines in a contemporary, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the living area are a bathroom with shower and two of the bedrooms. One, equipped with a loft bed, offers children and the young at heart a cosy place to sleep. The other is furnished with a double bed and has access to its own small bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase takes you to the basement, where another bathroom with shower and built-in sauna awaits you in addition to the third bedroom with double bed. Ideal for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking.
To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you have your own washing machine and dryer.
The BergJuwel flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.

Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und hervorragend ausgestattet. Toll fanden wir den vorhandenen Kaffee Vollautomat, die gut ausgestattete Küche und die großzügigen Badezimmer. Alles war tip top sauber.

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Mal im Bergjuwel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Jedes Mal gibt es wieder etwas Neues zu entdecken und was wir wirklich sehr schätzen sind die 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern auf den beiden Geschossen. Die Sauna ist groß und das i-Tüpfelchen in einer wirklich klasse Wohnung. Die kurzen Wege in die Stadt, zum Skibus, zum Bahnhof oder auch zum Supermarkt begeistern uns jedes Mal wieder. Wir kommen auch in 2024 wieder !

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung Die Sauna ist sehr schön. Die Tiefgarage absolut sauber. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit persönlicher Übergabe der Wohnung. Zentral gelegen - kurze Wege in die Stadt und zu einigen Wanderungen. Sehr schöne Gegend und kurze Strecke nach Österreich an den Achensee z.B

Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal im Bergjuwel und hatten dort als 5-köpfige Familie wieder einen tollen Urlaub! Durch die drei einzelnen Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmern hatte Jeder eine perfekte Rückzugsmöglichkeit, da das Wetter leider trotz Sommer eher herbstlich-winterlich war. Selbst die große Sauna kam zum Einsatz - wunderbar! Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht und abends konnten wir am großen Tisch mit Bänken gemütlich zusammensitzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Haben uns wir zuhause gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts und ein ganz besonderes Highlight in die Sauna im UG nach langen Skitagen. Aufgrund der Lage ist das Skigebiet fußläufig oder mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in diese Wohnung.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage im BergJuwel in Garmisch. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf einer großen Terrasse den Blick auf die Berge genießen. Bei schlechtem Wetter lädt eine Sauna, die sich mit in der Wohnung befindet, zum Entspannen ein. Top! Ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben ist die super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Stadtzentrum, sowie der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das BergJuwel verdient seinen Namen und wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Wir hatten einige tolle Tage im Bergjuwel, das seinem Namen alle Ehre macht. Die Lage ist super: Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Schwimmbad und Zugspitzbahn sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert und großzügig geschnitten, sodass wir mit der ganzen Familie Platz hatten. Besonders toll ist die Sauna im UG! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im vorweihnachtlichen Garmisch. Das Bergjuwel liegt sehr zentral (bin sogar einmal mit den Ski zur Station & Gondel Hausberg) gelaufen) , aber mega ruhig und ist mega ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist das absolute i-Tüpfelchen … jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Füssgängerzone in Garmisch ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie der Bäcker, Supermärkte und der Bahnhof. Ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Berge haben das morgendliche Frühstück abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Herbstferien im Bergjuwel Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im Bergjuwel und hatten super viel Platz in einer klasse ausgestatteten Wohnung. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad und eine große Sauna haben für einen TOP-Komfort gesorgt. Da wir noch fast sommerliche Temperaturen hatten, konnten wir die große Süd-Terrasse mit Garten und einem herrlichen Blick auf das Bergpanorama genießen. Fussläufig konnten wir vom Bahnhof in die Wohnung und in 3 Minuten waren wir in der Fußgängerzone in Garmisch aber trotz zentraler Lage war es mega ruhig gelegen.

Tolle Wohnung in angenehmer Lage Wir waren eine Woche mit 3 Kindern und 3 erwachsenen im Berg Juwel. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sauna bietet viel Platz und ist einfach wunderbar. Uns hat es gut gefallen! Etwas wegzeit zum Einstieg der hausbergbahn muss man einplanen.

Lässt keine Wünsche offen Wir waren gemeinsam mit den Großeltern, unserem kleinen Sohn und einem Jugendlichen zum Skifahren in Garmisch. Die Ferienwohnung Bergjuwel bietet für alle Parteien genug Platz und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Küchenzubehör, über Spiele, Kinderbett, Sauna und Geschirrspühler bis hin zum Ski- und Waschkeller ist alles vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist außerdem in einem tadellosen und sehr modernen Zustand, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Skibus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof befinden sich in weniger als 5 Gehminuten Entfernung. Für uns wares perfekt und wir empfehlen die Wohnung klar weiter!

We felt at home, nothing was missing and a very special highlight was the sauna in the basement after long ski days.
Due to its location, the ski area can be reached on foot or by train.

We were now for the 3rd time in Bergjuwel and as a family of 5 had a great vacation there! With the three separate bedrooms with bathrooms, everyone had a perfect retreat, as the weather was unfortunately more autumn-winter despite summer. Even the large sauna was used - wonderful!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for and in the evenings we could sit comfortably together at the large table with benches. We will gladly come back!!

Very nice, modern furnished apartment that leaves hardly a wish unfulfilled. Quiet location - in just a few minutes walking distance to the pedestrian zone as well as to the Zugspitz Railway and train station. Supermarket is around the corner. We would love to come back!

Great flat in a pleasant location
We stayed in Berg Juwel for a week with 3 children and 3 adults. The flat is really nice, very well equipped and the sauna offers a lot of space and is just wonderful. We liked it very much! You have to allow a little time to get to the Hausbergbahn.

Super autumn holidays in the mountain jewel
We stayed at Bergjuwel with the whole family and had lots of space in a superbly equipped flat. 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large sauna made for TOP comfort. As we still had almost summer temperatures, we could enjoy the large south-facing terrace with garden and a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. We could walk from the train station to the flat and in 3 minutes we were in the pedestrian zone in Garmisch but despite the central location it was mega quiet.

A very nice stay in pre-Christmas Garmisch. The Bergjuwel is very centrally located (I even skied to the station & gondola Hausberg) but it is mega quiet and mega equipped. The sauna is the absolute icing on the cake ... each bedroom has its own bathroom and offers enough retreat options.
The pedestrian zone in Garmisch is a few minutes away, as are the bakery, supermarkets and the train station.
A very nice view of the mountains rounded off the morning breakfast. We will be happy to come back.

Leaves nothing to be desired
We went skiing in Garmisch together with the grandparents, our young son and a teenager. The Bergjuwel holiday flat offers enough space for all parties and is perfectly equipped. From kitchen accessories, games, cot, sauna and dishwasher to the ski and laundry cellar, everything is on site. The flat is also in impeccable and very modern condition, but still cosy. Ski bus, shopping facilities and train station are less than 5 minutes walk away. It was perfect for us and we would definitely recommend the flat!

We had some great days in the Bergjuwel, which lives up to its name. The location is great: the city centre, shops, swimming pool and Zugspitzbahn are all within a few minutes' walk. The flat itself is well equipped, lovingly decorated and spacious, so that we had enough room for the whole family. The sauna in the basement is especially great! We would love to come back again!

We had a great few days at BergJuwel in Garmisch. The flat is beautifully and stylishly furnished. In good weather, you can enjoy the view of the mountains on a large terrace. In bad weather, a sauna, which is also in the flat, invites you to relax. Top!
Another positive aspect is the super location. Shopping facilities, the town centre and the train station are all within walking distance.
The BergJuwel deserves its name and we are happy to recommend it to others.
