Do you like to cook? The kitchen, fully equipped with brand-name built-in appliances, Nespresso capsule machine, small appliances and stylish crockery, offers an unforgettable cooking experience.
The bathroom with a ground-level shower with rainforest overhead shower refreshes you after an eventful day.
As a highlight, there is a heated mirror directly above the washbasin.
This ensures a clear view at all times at the touch of a button.

Tolle saubere moderne Wohnung, super Ausstattung, tolle Lichthighlights. Durch Fußbodenheizung angenehmes Raumklima, bequeme Betten, direkt an Bushaltestelle gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage zwar eng zum Einparken, aber super dankbar für die Parkmöglichkeit. Toller Ausblick auf die Schanze & die Skipiste.

Top apartment in prime location Excellent, high-quality, and tasteful furnishings of the apartment. Absolutely as new. Wonderful terrace with "postcard view." Great location in a very quiet and green residential area, many things reachable on foot in a few minutes (ski jump, historic Ludwigstraße, Partnach....)
