Description
The flat "Felsenfest" is quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the Loisach in an apartment building on the 2nd floor and is the perfect domicile for 2 people.
Light-flooded and bright, furnished with the most modern furniture, the flat offers a cosy holiday nest for 2 people on approx. 50 m2. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet, offers storage space for private things as well as an extra illuminated mirror for the perfect make-up!
A hairdryer is of course also available!
Continue into the open-plan kitchen and living room. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a microwave and a cooker. Equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, you will want for nothing here. The kitchen is connected to the living room by a small bar. Enjoy the first coffee from the Tchibo coffee machine in the morning! The living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and the appropriate literature for the flat! You also have access to the balcony from the living room!
The bedroom is lined with warm woods and also offers a flat-screen TV and an extra workspace. A small walk-in wardrobe is hidden behind the wardrobe doors so that your clothes are well stored!
This is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. Storage facilities for skis and ski boots are available in the cellar compartment of the house. A washing machine is available in the laundry room.
WLAN is free of charge! The VDSL 100 broadband access makes streaming with Smart TVs, internet radios or your own tablets a real pleasure. So why not move your home office to the mountains for once?
The special feature: the flat can be combined with the "Oberwasser" flat through a connecting door. Holidays with the extended family can come! Baby cot and high chair can be booked at an extra charge of 25 euros (one-time fee)!

Ruhige Wohnung - Perfekt zum erholen Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, aber gerade das war Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und man kann Perfekt die Bergtour auf dem Kramer machen und mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell weitere Highlights in der Region wie den Eibsee und die Zugspitze. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schick eingerichtet und man hat alles vor Ort was man brauch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub! Die Ferienwohnung war klein, aber fein! Es war super sauber und der Urlaub mit Kleinkind war rundum schön. Die Ausstattung ist recht neu und gepflegt. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, nicht zu zentral daher ruhig, aber Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Team der Vermietung Alpenferienwohnung ist immer (bei Telefonaten und persönlichen) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Very nice vacation!
The vacation apartment was small but nice! It was super clean and the vacation with a toddler was all around beautiful. The equipment is relatively new and well maintained. The beds are big and comfortable. The location of the apartment is perfect, not too central therefore quiet, but restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot. The team of the rental Alpenferienwohnung is always (during phone calls and in person) very friendly and accommodating!

Quiet flat - Perfect to relax
The flat is a bit outside, but that was perfect for relaxing. The flat is very quiet and you can make the perfect mountain tour on the Kramer and by car you can quickly reach other highlights in the region such as the Eibsee and the Zugspitze. The flat is very modern and chic and you have everything you need on site. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice holiday! Unfortunately the mattresses are worn out - we turned them. A clothes horse for the balcony would not be bad. Otherwise, you have everything you need here, thank you!
