Ferienpark Ostfriesland is located in the immediate vicinity of the spa centre of the climatic health resort of Hage and the spa park by the lake.
It has, among other things, tennis courts, mini-golf course, children's playground, restaurant, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, bathing lake, as well as spa centre with spa treatments, sauna & wellness.

| Service charges for water, gas & electricity are included in the rent. The joint municipality of Hage is recognised as a climatic health resort and levies a health resort contribution/guest contribution in all its member municipalities to cover the expenses for the production, acquisition, expansion, improvement, renewal and maintenance of its tourist facilities. The fee is payable from 15 March to 31 October each year and amounts to € 1.90 per adult/night. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt from paying the contribution. |
Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the lease before the start of the rental period by submitting a written statement to the landlord. The relevant point in time is when the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease, he must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profits at the following rates: Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 25 EURO) Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% Thereafter and in case of no-show: 90% The tenant has the right to demonstrate that the landlord incurred no damage or significantly less damage.

Great vacation apartment with perfect amenities in a quiet location!
Very beautiful, well-maintained, and modernly furnished house in a quiet residential area.
Even though it is not directly by the sea, the house is excellent as a base for day trips in the area.
Supermarkets and other amenities are not far away, and the immediate surroundings invite you to stroll in the spa park and nearby areas.
I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding amenities, with really every detail taken into account. From high chairs to bicycles or Weber grills to pizza cutters, we lacked nothing. Everything was really well thought out.
The contact with the landlord went great as well!
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Relaxing vacation, feel at home
We had a relaxing holiday. The house is very well and functionally equipped. The location is also perfect for us. If you want to do something, you don't have to drive far. Otherwise, you have your peace and can unwind. The communication with the landlord was also very pleasant and straightforward. We can only recommend the house and would gladly come back.

Cozy holiday home in a quiet location - pure relaxation
We (a couple aged 72 and 76) are repeat visitors and have spent our vacation several times in the beautiful little house. Everything is available - the kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing is lacking. By car, everything can be reached in close proximity, and you can easily go out to eat on foot. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation of the Giehle family and will be returning again this year in August. Best regards, Marion & Heinz.

Super beautiful cozy vacation home
We enjoyed our vacation at Paula's House very much. You can relax beautifully in the garden, whether in the beach chair or sun lounger. The house is excellently equipped and very tastefully and cozily decorated. The host is super nice, and the key handover worked flawlessly. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the swimming lake with spa park, restaurant, playground, and indoor pool with sauna. The sea is quickly reachable by car. We would love to come back.

Small but nice holiday home
The vacation townhouse is located in a very quiet location, very well equipped, and beautifully/functionally furnished. A house to feel comfortable in. There is also a small, completely fenced garden, and well-maintained bicycles are available in the garage for guests (although we had our own e-bikes with us). Cycling in Berum and the surrounding area is a lot of fun. Several supermarkets can be found within 3km. We (a couple of 78 years old) have been to Paulas Hus for the second time and will gladly come back.
