Description
"Gode Tied" means "Good time" – and that’s what you deserve during your holiday!
The holiday home "Gode Tied" offers 90m² of accommodation for up to 5 adults, a cot for a further small child may be added if required (travel cot available on request). In addition, there is a 40m² south-facing conservatory with further outside seating area, inviting you to enjoy the best weeks of the year here. There is garden furniture, a barbecue and bicycles (2 adult's and 2 children's bikes) ready for you. Dogs are also welcome and can enjoy the large lawn in the fully fenced garden.
"Gode Tied" is a non-smoking house. It is completely on ground floor level and has a double bedroom as well as a bedroom with up to three full-size single beds. An additional cot bed (travel cot) can be provided on request. The spacious living room has a large corner sofa, satellite TV and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker and tableware even for a traditional East Frisian tea ceremony. In the adjoining dining room there is a large extendable table offering space for the whole family.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Hair dryer and radio are also available. There is also a separate guest toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "Gode Tied" is located in the beautiful holiday park of the East Frisian health resort Hage. It’s within walking distance of the resort’s park with swimming lake and the central spa building with indoor pool (winter) and heated outdoor pool (summer), sauna, spa facilities including massage and physiotherapy, tennis courts, mini golf course, boules court and restaurant. There also is a children's playground. Berum forest is immediately adjacent to the holiday park and invites you for a walk. Bicycle lovers will enjoy the well-developed cycle path network of the region. The picturesque Lütetsburg Castle and Park with neighboring golf course or the nearby city of Norden with its many museums can also easily be reached by bike or car. The North Sea coast is only a short drive away. The ferry ports to the islands of Norderney, Juist and Baltrum can also easily be reached by car or bus. Shops in Hage are about five minutes away by car, but also easy to reach by bike.

| The spa/ resort fee in the climatic health resort of Hage is € per day and per person from March 15 to October 31 of each year. Children do not pay a spa fee. Students pay € per day. |
Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee (€25) if you cancel the booking at least 21 days before the planned arrival by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival, you will not receive any refund.

Bed linen and towels are not included. Bed linen can be provided for 5 € per person.
Dogs cost 3 € per day. In addition, the rate for end-of-stay cleaning increases by 8 €.
In addition to the two parking spaces, there is a large carport with gate at the back of the property.

Top accommodation
It was a wonderful little break, the house is great and the large conservatory a dream. The large garden is also wonderful and our dog enjoyed it.
All formalities ran smoothly and the care by the caretaker, Mr Pendzig, was great, thank you very much.
We will come again ?

Wonderful short holiday
The holiday home is really to be recommended. Exceptionally well equipped with a great location - directly at a bathing lake. And still in a quiet location. The garden is well kept and was a dream for our dog.
The large heated conservatory invites you to long evenings even in winter. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are very tastefully furnished
The Pendzich family gave us a very friendly welcome, is helpful and always available for questions.
The central location means that the North Sea and all the Siels are within easy reach.
We will be happy to come back.

East Frisian Dream
The holiday home is a space miracle with an optimal layout and very spacious living room and conservatory. The bedrooms are fully equipped with beautiful furniture. The flat is fully equipped, nothing is missing. Games, novels, music system, everything for the household, everything is available.
The manager lives 5 minutes away and is very friendly, helpful and ready with tips, advice and practical help for all questions.
We are four adults and enjoyed the house with the well-kept, large garden in an absolutely quiet location.
From Berum, the whole of Northwest East Frisia is easy to explore by car/motorbike. Emden, Marienhafe, Greetsiel, Dornum, Norden, Esens, Aurich and the many Siels and Fleets are all within easy reach.

Holiday for 5 as a family with dog
We spent a very nice week in beautiful East Friesland.
The house is super nice and really leaves nothing to be desired.
The location directly at the lake made the beautiful summer days always very relaxing
The outdoor pool right next to the house didn't bother us either, as there was no noise from the plants.
I would always book the house again.

Great holiday home with a large garden.
The equipment of the holiday home is great, and you immediately feel at home. Very well suited for families with children.
The Pendzich family welcomed us very kindly and was very helpful.
However, it would be advisable to provide shading for the conservatory (and the terrace?) by next summer.
