Once again very, very satisfied and a place to come home to. In the apartment Hygge, we lacked nothing at all. Well-equipped, you can spend great days there. The proximity to the beach is an extra bonus! We would come back again and again :)

The apartment is very well equipped. Great location. The communication is also very good and friendly.

A very nice, modern apartment in the best location. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer, so we would be happy if we could come back next year.

The apartment and furnishings matched the description. Brighter lighting and functioning switches are desirable.

Great stay at a perfect price-performance ratio with flexible hosts and very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Anytime gladly again!

A very beautiful residence

We were completely satisfied with the apartment. An additional small light source by the couch would be nice, then you don't always have to turn on the ceiling light.

Everything was just right at this accommodation.

Quick and reliable contact with the landlord. Very clean apartment. Nice outdoor area with beach chairs. Bluetooth speaker connection in the bathroom. Remarkably well-equipped kitchen, suitable for an apartment for 4 people.

Very beautiful, modern, and tastefully furnished apartment in an absolutely central, very quiet location. Hooks could be added in the bathroom. Additionally, a house number or a sign indicating the hidden apartments would be helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

As always, everything is great. Happy to do it again.

Hello, It's a bit complicated with the site and filling it out. It's also not convenient to choose to translate to Dutch. Because there is no house number on the apartment complex, it is a bit of a search to find out which door it is. It doesn't help that there is also a number lock on the door while you have to enter a code on the box by the bike shed. We didn't understand that well and it took us a while to figure it out. The apartment was very nice and centrally located. We really enjoyed our time there. In summary: Instruction is unnecessarily complicated but the apartment is great.

We have now been in a Neteler Apartments apartment on Borkum for the fourth time. Again, we found a very well-equipped apartment. Very tastefully furnished; A nice bathroom with built-in sauna allows for a pleasant day at the North Sea even on less beautiful days; Separate bike storage for each apartment is excellent; Washing machine and dryer available for free use; We will certainly be back soon.

When the conditions are right, you can truly enjoy your vacation and relax well. We could!

Very great stay, everything was perfect, very flexible and pleasant - thank you!

A recently renovated, great, and fully equipped apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could wish for. The Wi-Fi works perfectly with multiple devices. The sauna is easy to use and heats up quickly. However, a few towel holders in the bathroom would be practical. The description for finding the apartment could be a bit more precise; a quick phone call clarified everything quickly. The location in the village is perfect, everything is within a few minutes' walk; we would love to come back and can recommend "Hygge" 100%. We were also able to take advantage of a late checkout free of charge without any issues.

Great apartment, central location!

The location of the key safe could be described better.

Service perfect, location perfect, the apartment itself also perfect, but the issue with the stove and oven could finally be resolved. We would love to come back again :)

As always, simply top. We will come back.

Very nice vacation apartment in a very central yet quiet location. The apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished and offers plenty of space. A highlight is the sauna. We have already been there twice and look forward to coming back.

It was perfect again, and thank you once more for the quick help with the guest card. We are already looking forward to September when we will be guests with you again. Best regards, Claudia and Norbert.

We would like to provide the following practical note for the dishwasher: Please refill special salt and rinse aid.

Stylish, clean - 2 TVs, sauna, radio in the bathroom.

Great apartment, central location, so central that central has a new meaning. Thank you for the excellent service. As a wish for the protection of the inventory, some table mats would be great. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We spent a very nice week in Borkum in September. The apartment is centrally located, high-quality, and tastefully furnished. The bathroom with sauna is spacious. The courtyard with beach chairs invites you to linger. The handling, service, and organization are perfect. The chance personal contact with the landlord was also very pleasant. We felt very welcome as guests.

The apartment exactly matches the descriptions on the website. Everything is super clean and everything you need for a nice vacation is there. Also, the contact with Mr. Neteler was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week in Mr. Neteler's accommodation. A very well-maintained and well-equipped apartment in a quiet central location. Booking and handling were totally hassle-free. We felt very comfortable and would book it again.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

The apartment fulfills everything one associates with a relaxing holiday for two in a laid-back atmosphere. Well-maintained, well-organized, great location in the center, and above all, a very friendly welcome from the landlord and his team. Thank you for that!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were very satisfied with the apartment, the process, and the support from Mr. Neteler. The apartment was easy to find and very centrally located. The sauna was also wonderful, which is rarely offered in apartments. This was our first time on Borkum, and we would gladly return to this... more details If nothing is wrong, there is nothing bad to write. That would be complaining at a very high level.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment on the 1st floor in a central, quiet location. During our stay in April 2023, the outdoor area was still being renovated and was finished when we left. However, since it was still very cold in April, it was not a problem for us to be unable to use the new beach chairs. Communication with the landlord was impeccable and very good, and Mr. Neteler was available at all times. If we go to Borkum again, we would book one of the apartments again.

Very lovingly and well-equipped apartment in a great location. We felt incredibly comfortable. I have one suggestion. It would be nice if the motion sensors would start functioning from the gate and light up the entrance area. We would be happy to come back!

Lovely place and very convenient. I love this place and highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Thomas, for having us.

4,7 4.7 4.7 4.7 4.7 4.7

The apartment is very centrally located just a few minutes from the train station, and it is extremely tastefully furnished; a highlight is the bathroom with the sauna. Unfortunately, the apartment was not fully completed by our travel date, for example, there were still no lights for the outdoor stairs and no cooking hob, no extractor hood, and no light in the kitchen.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

We would have appreciated a second pan and its corresponding lid, but everything else was perfect. Tasteful decor, clean, great location. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in your apartment. The apartments are very nice, modern, and well-equipped. The location in the center is very pleasant, and the service was very good.
