Everything to our complete satisfaction. The comforters could be replaced. Otherwise, everything is good. We can only recommend the apartment and also the handling from booking to reservation. Kindly, we were allowed to check into the apartment before 4:00 PM. A clear recommendation from us. Always happy to return.

The apartment is very quiet yet central, is modernly equipped, and very clean. Plenty of storage space, but a few hooks are missing in the bathroom and kitchen. The sauna is great, pillows and blankets should be renewed. The contact with Mr. Neteler was uncomplicated and very nice from the start. Would book the apartment again.

We actually only missed hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. The apartment is structurally dark; with the lighting, reading a book or knitting is only possible at the kitchen table. A bright floor lamp by the sofa would be great. But that is also complaining at the highest level. Nothing that would stop us from coming back next year. As a couple, we traveled in winter. The location is perfect, right in the middle but still quiet. Very good contact with Mr. Neteler, a heating failure was resolved within 2 hours. Booking, processing everything perfect and simple. We will definitely come back. The apartment Lagom is very nice, with a dreamy bathroom (sauna) especially in winter; top!! Heiner + Helga

The apartment is really perfectly furnished and leaves only two small wishes unfulfilled. The kitchen has no direct windows; to have proper light or to ventilate, one would have to keep the door open. Well, I was there in winter. The sauna can only be set for a maximum of one hour; whoever forgets to restart it sweats in the cold. A narrow line between relaxation and concentration!

A very nice apartment for 2 people, which is very centrally located but still quiet on the upper floor of the house (off-season). We booked again on-site because we were so enthusiastic. Mr. Neteler and his team were always reachable for us, so we can also give the service 5 stars.

We are a small family (toddler) and stayed in the Lagom apartment in October. It was a wonderful stay! The location is very central. We were able to securely store the bicycles in a bike shed, and in the evenings, when our son was in bed, we could relax and enjoy the evening in the sauna. The apartment is well-equipped and modern/cozy furnished. There is also a laundry room with a high-quality washing machine and dryer - ideal if you, like us, traveled without a car and don't want to take too much laundry with you. We would love to come back :-)

Very beautiful, new apartment. We felt very comfortable there from the beginning. The garden with the beach chairs is also very nice, and we enjoyed the sun there. The apartment was very clean, as an independent cleaning company, which uses cleaning products from a well-known distribution company, carries out the cleaning. This company can be relied upon. We have experienced quite different cleaning crews on Borkum. We can definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely come back again.

We were guests for the second time (and definitely not the last) in the beautiful vacation apartment. We enjoyed it very much again. The support and communication beforehand with Mr. Neteler and his staff, as well as with the cleaning service, was excellent. The apartment is very central and yet quiet. Optimal for us. The furniture is of high quality and we like it very much. A bit more dishes (plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery) would be useful, so the dishwasher wouldn't need to run so often. Spart water and electricity. Information about the sauna is sure to be better on-site (in the pool) than via email. The fitted sheet should be a bit bigger this time. Unfortunately, it slipped every night. But that's whining at a high level. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is very beautiful, tastefully and high-quality furnished, and very clean. We missed nothing. The contactless key handover worked perfectly. Due to its proximity to the train station, the pedestrian zone, and the promenade, everything is easily reachable on foot. The storage room for bicycles that belongs to the apartment is excellent. Occasionally relaxing in the sauna in the very nice bathroom rounded off the stay perfectly. We will definitely come back and would very much like to rent the apartment again. A tiny improvement for us would be different pillows (the existing ones are very fluffy and provide little support) and perhaps a way to hang towels in the bathroom, as there is only the towel heater available for this. This does not detract from the 5 stars, but it would be desirable for us. Thank you very much to the Neteler team!

A beautiful, centrally located apartment in a completely newly renovated house on a quiet street. The furnishings of the apartment are very tasteful and high-quality; everything has really been thought of. The highlight of this apartment is truly the huge bathroom with a sauna. You feel very comfortable in the apartment from the very first minute. Shopping opportunities are just around the corner. The booking process until the final acceptance was professional and very friendly; there was always a contact person available. We would be happy to come back.
