The apartment is located in the old school street, in the old town center of Borkum, not far from the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The particularly quiet location is supported by the traffic-calmed "red zone" for all cars. Particularly noteworthy are the short distances to the north beach (about 8 minutes walk), to the train station about 3 minutes walk and to the shopping street with the supermarket and the bakery (Strandstraße) about 3 minutes walk.

The main bathing beach, the Kurpromendade and the two promenades "Bismarckstraße" and "Franz-Habich-Straße" are "around the corner and easily accessible.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und die Wohnung ist sowohl von der Lage, als auch von der Einrichtung her sehr gut. (Ggf. ein Spiegel im Garderobenbereich würde das Ganze noch abrunden. ) Gerne wieder, beim nächsten Borkumaufenthalt. :-)

Ausstattung und Lage sind sehr gut. Aufgrund der baulichen Situation war die Wohnung ohne ausreichend Lichteinfall von außen. Das Bad ist sehr gut und mit Fenstern.

Eine wunderschöne, sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung in einem völlig neu renoviertem Haus in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist wirklich das riesige Bad mit Sauna. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl, in der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Die Buchung bis zur Endabnahme lief professionell und sehr freundlich, es war immer ein Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist top und modern eingerichtet, auf dem neuesten Stand. Eine Leselampe im Wohnzimmer wäre schön. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind aufgrund der Wohnungsaufteilung auch bei Tag relativ dunkel. Hellere, andere, mehr Lampen würden gerade in der Dämmerung eine angenehmere Atmosphäre schaffen.

Fast alles bestens. Das keine Seife zur Verfügung stand, hat uns überrascht. Noch wohler hätten wir uns gefühlt, wenn im Badezimmer auch die oberen Fenster abgedeckt wären.

Spacious apartment with a huge bathroom / wellness oasis and high-quality furnishings in an optimal location. A few more kitchen utensils and some information upfront regarding the key handover, and I would have given a continuous and gladly 5 stars. We will gladly come back and recommend the apartment!

The flat is top and modern furnished, up to date.
A reading lamp in the living room would be nice.
Due to the layout of the flat, the kitchen and living room are relatively dark, even during the day. Brighter, different, more lamps would create a more pleasant atmosphere, especially at dusk.
