Our holiday flat is located in the Villa Central.

This offer: 50 sqm flat with 2 bedrooms, living room, large fitted kitchen, hallway, shower room with WC and washer-dryer

1. Bedroom: double bed 2 m x 1.80 m, as well as a children's travel bed 1.2 m x 0.6 m

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds 2 m x 0.90 m => Since 2017 incl. SAT-TV.

Living room: 107cm LCD TV, W-Lan, telephone flat rate to the German fixed network, DVD player, etc.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with microwave, eye-level oven, large ceramic hob, dishwasher, knife block, Senseo, etc.

Hallway: Linen cupboard with towels, shoe cupboard, wardrobe, mirror, etc.

Villa Central is located in the traffic-calmed spa district of Borkum.

Not far away, you will find a bakery, butcher and the City Centre. You can reach the beach and the tide land quickly (approx. 350 m).

Or turn to the hinterland of Borkum, the hiking trails through the Fenne can be reached quickly. Explore Borkum on foot or by bicycle, which you can easily park at the bicycle stands.

In the absence of a declaration of intent to rent [by email / letter], the apartment will be assigned to someone else.
