Als Paar verreist im Winter. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten drin aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr guter Kontakt zu Herrn Neteler, ein Heizungsausfall wurde innerhalb 2 std behoben. Buchung , Abwicklung alles perfekt und einfach. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Wohnung Lagom ist sehr schön, mit traumhaftem Bad ( Sauna) gerade im Winter ; Top !! Heiner + Helga

Das Appartement ist wirklich perfekt eingerichtet und lässt nur zwei kleine Wünsche offen. Die Küche hat keine direkten Fenster, um da vernünftig Licht zu haben oder durchzulüften, müsste man die Türe offen halten. Nun, ich war im Winter da. Die Sauna lässt sich nur auf maximal eine Stunde einstellen, wer vergisst das neu zu starten, schwitzt im Kalten. Ein schmaler Grat zwischen Entspannung und Konzentration!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen, die sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig im Obergeschoss des Hauses liegt (Nebensaison). Noch vor Ort haben wir direkt wieder gebucht, weil wir so begeistert waren. Herr Neteler und sein Team waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar, so dass wir auch dem Service 5 Sterne geben können.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie (Kleinkind) und waren im Oktober zu Gast in der Wohnung Lagom. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einem Fahrradschuppen sicher verstauen und abends, wenn unser Sohn im Bett war, konnten wir noch ganz entspannt in der Sauna den Abend genießen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und modern/ gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen Waschraum mit hochwertiger Waschmaschine und Trockner - ideal, wenn man wie wir ohne Auto angereist ist und nicht so viel Wäsche mitnehmen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Very beautiful, new apartment. We felt very comfortable there from the beginning. The garden with the beach chairs is also very nice, and we enjoyed the sun there. The apartment was very clean, as an independent cleaning company, which uses cleaning products from a well-known distribution company, carries out the cleaning. This company can be relied upon. We have experienced quite different cleaning crews on Borkum. We can definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely come back again.

Very nice, modernly furnished apartment in a central yet quiet location. The bathroom with the sauna is almost perfect; it just lacks one or two towel hooks. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely book the apartment again.

We were guests for the second time (and definitely not the last) in the beautiful vacation apartment. We enjoyed it very much again. The support and communication beforehand with Mr. Neteler and his staff, as well as with the cleaning service, was excellent. The apartment is very central and yet quiet. Optimal for us. The furniture is of high quality and we like it very much. A bit more dishes (plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery) would be useful, so the dishwasher wouldn't need to run so often. Spart water and electricity. Information about the sauna is sure to be better on-site (in the pool) than via email. The fitted sheet should be a bit bigger this time. Unfortunately, it slipped every night. But that's whining at a high level. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is very beautiful, tastefully and high-quality furnished, and very clean. We missed nothing. The contactless key handover worked perfectly. Due to its proximity to the train station, the pedestrian zone, and the promenade, everything is easily reachable on foot. The storage room for bicycles that belongs to the apartment is excellent. Occasionally relaxing in the sauna in the very nice bathroom rounded off the stay perfectly. We will definitely come back and would very much like to rent the apartment again. A tiny improvement for us would be different pillows (the existing ones are very fluffy and provide little support) and perhaps a way to hang towels in the bathroom, as there is only the towel heater available for this. This does not detract from the 5 stars, but it would be desirable for us. Thank you very much to the Neteler team!

The only disadvantage was the stairs to the apartment, as I have knee issues! Small tip: towel hooks in the bathroom would be good!

It was a great stay, and the apartment is very good in terms of both location and furnishings. (Perhaps a mirror in the cloakroom area would complete the whole thing.) Would gladly return on the next stay in Borkum. :-)

A beautiful, centrally located apartment in a completely newly renovated house on a quiet street. The furnishings of the apartment are very tasteful and high-quality; everything has really been thought of. The highlight of this apartment is truly the huge bathroom with a sauna. You feel very comfortable in the apartment from the very first minute. Shopping opportunities are just around the corner. The booking process until the final acceptance was professional and very friendly; there was always a contact person available. We would be happy to come back.

The kitchen and living room are relatively dark even during the day due to the layout of the apartment. Brighter, different, additional lamps would create a more pleasant atmosphere, especially at dusk.
