A very nice and absolutely recommended vacation apartment with a perfect location to the center and the beach. There was nothing in terms of amenities that we missed, and the completely fenced front yard is ideal for dog owners. We would love to come back. However, we wondered at breakfast how one manages to scratch glass tables so much.

The gastronomy now has very high prices. Some paths in the dunes were not passable. I have already informed the mayor about that. Everything else was great. The apartment is highly recommended.

Great Easter holiday with a dog. We really felt very comfortable. When furnishing the apartment, every detail was really taken into account - three super TVs, a stylish bathroom, a modern kitchen; one could go on like this. The property belonging to the unit is completely fenced, so our little dog could often be outside and there was no danger of him disappearing. The location is optimal. It’s a 1-minute walk to the (dog) beach, and about 3 minutes to the city center. Absolutely top. Okay, the Wi-Fi network/reception could be better, but that’s complaining at a high level. Very nice apartment, super furnished, everything is available except for a box cake baking pan, which you really need on every vacation with teenagers!? I mean, everything was really great and we are considering coming back next year during Easter. The location is optimal, the dog beach almost at the door, what more could you want? The apartment was very clean, no one would have suspected that there was a dog roommate before. Great!!

Very clean and beautiful vacation apartment in a great location with a view of the lighthouse. The apartment has everything you need. The beds are also very comfortable (only in winter, the comforters were too thin). We would have been very happy with a few more towels. We will definitely come back!

Very well located and close to the beach promenade and dog beach. Everything is within walking distance, and there's a great view of the new lighthouse. The apartment is well laid out and very cozy. However, the garden could use a bit more care and could benefit from thoughtful planting to provide a nice natural screen. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable.

We were extremely satisfied with both the furnishings of the apartment and the professional handling of the rental. We were already aware of the good location of the apartment, as we have been regularly visiting Borkum for years. On-site, we found that living on the ground floor was ideal, not least because of our four-legged companion. After overcoming the COVID crisis, we are happy to return to the island and look forward to spending relaxed days again in the "Alfonso" beach house.

The apartment is of high quality and is very centrally located, with short distances to the promenade or the city and the shopping mall. The BSW Hotel Rote Erde offers lunch, which is almost right in front. This apartment was particularly well suited for seniors with slight limitations. In addition, there is a washing machine and a dryer as well as a second toilet. The layout of the apartment was very well coordinated. We will come back! WLAN often unstable, cutting boards missing, additional wire mesh fence missing at the gate, there are still rabbits that slipped through there. Changes to the apartment since ownership change are very positive!

One feels comfortable from the very first moment and misses almost nothing. It is quiet in the house, even though one lives at a street corner. The exterior shutters make this possible. The location is very good. It is 100 meters to the beach and one is also quickly in the village. Unfortunately, one can hear noises from the neighboring staircase. But that is always just for a short time. A thoroughly successful accommodation.

Everything is great! An individually furnished holiday home, close to the center and yet just around the corner from the beach. In perfect condition and equipped with everything needed for a successful and relaxing vacation. Always happy to return. Very nice flat, super furnished, everything is there except for a loaf cake pan, which you need in every holiday with teenagers!? My, everything was really great and we are considering coming back next year in the Easter period. The location is ideal, the dog beach almost on the doorstep, what more could you want. The flat was very clean, nobody would have suspected that a dog had been a flatmate before. Great!

As last time, the preparation and support was very good, the furnishings are very good, the optimal location means that this flat is also well suited for older people who are no longer so good on foot. However, they still have to be able to overcome small differences in height to the terrace and at the entrance.
