Holiday apartment "Holla die Boddenfee"
Our holiday apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. The apartment, designed in a bright Scandinavian-maritime style, is a maisonette and offers a spacious 68 sqm. It accommodates up to four people and has two bedrooms – one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m). The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. adjoins the friendly, open living-dining area. From there you have direct access to the terrace.
Our holiday apartment was once again classified with 4 stars by the DTV in March 2026.
On the terrace, a beach chair, garden furniture, sun lounger, and sunshade are available for your relaxing hours. From the house you have direct access to the beautiful natural beach via a private entrance – a special highlight.
A parking space belongs to the apartment. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi.
The children can play on the small playground, as well as on the spacious grounds of the holiday complex. Please note that access is only permitted for residents, so little to no traffic is to be expected around the house.

Wonderfully quietly located in the biosphere reserve on the Mönchgut peninsula at the Reddevitzer Höft, our holiday flat offers pure relaxation. You can enjoy the sea view from every window.
Even the journey across the 4 km long headland is like a short excursion, surrounded by wonderful nature and water
Idyllic location and yet the big seaside resorts like Sellin, Göhren and Binz are not far away. So every guest gets exactly what he or she likes: dangle your soul one day and experience a bit of remmidemmi in the seaside resorts on the other.

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far, minus a €50 processing fee. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect against loss.

Two dog guests are very welcome in our holiday apartment and stay free of charge. Bowls in various sizes and two bowl mats are gladly provided. The spiral staircase is covered with non-slip carpet.
Smoking and open fire are not permitted in our apartment and outdoor area due to the thatched roof.
