Description
The very bright exclusively furnished holiday flat for 2 - 3 persons is located on the 1st floor of the guest house next to the main building and has its own entrance with hallway and wardrobe.
A staircase leads to the entrance to the living room with open fireplace, sofa bed etc., the dining area and the open kitchen. There is space for 2 people in the bedroom.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with two washbasins and a large shower.
The toilet is located separately next to the upper entrance.
On the 16 sqm terrace with table and various garden chairs you have from noon until sunset
and an enchanting view of the park-like garden and across wide fields and meadows.
All necessary appliances and utensils are available, such as TV, radio, safe, hairdryer, hoover, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of crockery and cutlery.
On the ground floor next to the hallway, a door leads into the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The flat also has its own storage room in the garden for bicycles and other leisure equipment and 2 parking spaces.

1.8 km away is the new Puddemin sailing marina with a boat slip, fishing club and a restaurant/café with a large terrace.
The oldest and also smallest town on Rügen, Garz, is 3.5 kilometres away. Here you will find gastronomic facilities, a supermarket, bakery/confectioner's shop, chemist's, doctor's, pharmacy
The golf course Schloss Karnitz is about 8 km away from our house. It covers 106 hectares with a 9-hole short course (Public Course) and an 18-hole championship course (Challenge Course). Here you can play golf without hustle and bustle and stress in an enchanting landscape with a beautiful clubhouse, good gastronomy and a wide view over the island.
The village of Samtens is about 10 minutes away by car. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a petrol station as well as tennis courts, a fitness studio, etc.
the village of Sehlen, where the Tegelhof equestrian centre is located, is 11 km away.
The Bodden and the beaches of the Zudar peninsula are only a few minutes away. There are opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing, etc. For bicycle tours, there is an extensive, well-developed and, depending on your preference, flat, slightly undulating or hilly network of paths. By car, you can reach the cultural and theatre town of Putbus with its castle gardens as well as the district town of Bergen and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) in about 15 minutes.
The lively seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
