The holiday home is located in Groß Schoritz and has a garden/terrace, which opens up a wonderful lake view to the south through the glass façade. The energy-saving construction achieves a pleasant indoor climate on both warm and cool days. The house is heated by an air-water heat pump, which warms the underfloor heating on the ground floor.
On summer days, you can expand the spacious living room with open kitchen through the patio door to the garden. On cosy evenings, the glass doors remain closed and the fireplace can provide additional heating.
The nature reserve 'Schoritzer Wiek' lies directly behind the garden.
Once everything has been discovered, the holiday attractions available in the immediate vicinity can be explored by bike or on foot.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the centre of the village, not far from the manor house where Ernst-Moritz Arndt was born. The view from the terrace goes over the garden and the field to the Schoritzer Wiek.
