Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Hochkrimml holiday home/ski hut in the "Filzstein" area. The house is very quietly situated at the edge of the forest of the National Park HOHE TAUERN and is directly in the snow-sure skiing area of the Zillertal Arena. The ski lift can be reached in approx. 5 to 10 minutes on foot, the cross-country ski run which is developed as a course with different lengths can be reached in approx. 3 minutes. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss einer gut gepflegten Hütte, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum ersten Lift (Einstieg in die Zillertal-Arena); eigener Parkplatz auf Grundstück 20m von Hütteneingang, unkomplizierte Vermieter, angenehme freundliche Kommunikation; Hütte eignet sich im Sommer auch als Ausgangspunkt für Hüttentouren im Hohe-Tauern-Gebiet

Schöne Hütte - sehr freundliche Vermieter
Ein wunderschöner Skiurlaub liegt hinter uns. Die Hütte hat alles, was man erwartet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das wird nicht unser letzter Besuch sein.
