Discover the beauty of Istria and enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our holiday flat "Apartment on the right floor" in Peroj. The flat offers space for up to 4 guests on approx. 50 square metres of living space, with one bedroom and one bathroom.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, so you can prepare your meals in the comfort of your own home. Bed linen is also provided.
The house with the yard of about 1700 square metres and parking spaces protected from the sun is located about 150 metres from the sea and is in a quiet environment.
The flat consists of a living room with a dining table, an area with a 120 cm wide bed, as well as a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The terrace is about 25 square metres.
There is a double bed in the bedroom. Another possibility for sleeping is the bed (120 cm wide) in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, coffee machine and the necessary crockery.
The bathroom has a modern shower, WC and washbasin with mirror, washing machine and bath towels. A hairdryer is also available. Long-term rentals are possible and the flat is only suitable for non-smokers.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and free WLAN. There is a barbecue in front of the house where you can enjoy a cosy barbecue.

The accommodation is located in Peroj at the address Peroj 689a, Peroj. Fazana is about 4 km away, Pula 10 km and Rovinj 25 km. Opposite us are the island of Brijuni. The house is about 150 metres from the sea.
