Description
The lovingly and newly furnished two-room flat for two people, is indeed fully equipped and offers everything for a relaxing holiday.
In the living room there is an open kitchen with comfortable equipment (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, high-quality cooking utensils/crockery, etc.), a beautiful dining area and for a cosy get-together, the quiet oasis with sofa and 2 armchairs
Next to a small library, there is an assortment of games for entertainment, an Ultra HD LED TV, a stereo system with CD player, all up to date and equipped with Bluetooth/ USB.
Travel guides and information material, such as flyers, bicycle and hiking maps, help you plan your day.
Wi-Fi and two touring bikes are available to my guests free of charge.
On the terrace at the edge of the corner, you can start the day with sunrise and a nice breakfast. With two fold-out loungers, you can make yourself comfortable in the large park-like grounds
In the bedroom there is a 180 x 200 m bed, a large wardrobe, as well as blackout pleated blinds for a restful sleep.
The daylight bathroom offers a very spacious shower and a warming towel rail to start the day.
The beach access is opposite the flat at the Küstenwald, and can be reached in a few minutes via a newly designed staircase.
Endless beach walks between Dranske and Kap Arkona, dreamlike sunsets and nature-protected landscapes are pure relaxation for the soul.
Sports and games can be enjoyed extensively at the holiday resort.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Rügenstrand" holiday flat is located on the Wittow peninsula, in the very north of the island of Rügen, a few metres away from the extensive beach. Both the natural beach and the bathing beach and the many Bodden landscapes show the versatility of the surroundings.
Nature reserves, forests and fauna invite you to go for a walk or a bike ride
Sports activities such as water sports, including courses in kiting, surfing, sailing, etc., horseback riding at the nearby riding stables, cycling tours, hiking and fishing can be enjoyed extensively.
Wellness days are offered in Juliusruh, the thermal spa in Neddesitz and many other places on the island.
Crane trips in autumn and excursions to Hiddensee show the beauties of the island at any time of year.
The grounds are very spacious and generously laid out, so that everyone can find their peace and relaxation.
You can get fresh bread rolls in the small village shop on the holiday complex and there are several restaurants nearby.

Fantastic
Anyone who wants to relax from everyday life is exactly right here. You lack nothing; nature is at your feet, and the Baltic Sea is right outside the door, just the right thing to unwind from a stressful daily routine. There is much to explore; every place is something special, and it is worth taking trips in any direction; it will definitely not be boring. We can only recommend visiting this beautiful vacation apartment; you are warmly welcomed by Mr. Mulack and have a lovely contact with the Eulenburg family as landlords. We couldn't have done better. Beautiful wellness oasis on Rügen
We had a fantastic time on Rügen and felt at home in this holiday apartment from the very first moment. You can immediately tell that the hosts have put a lot of thought into it: everything needed for a vacation has really been considered - from the fully equipped kitchen to practical little things that make the stay so pleasant. The decor is very stylish, cozy, and thought out down to the smallest detail. Additionally, everything was absolutely clean and well-maintained. Particularly noteworthy is the warm and uncomplicated communication. The host was always reachable via WhatsApp, inquired in between if everything was okay, and wished us a pleasant stay - very accommodating.

Super apartment, especially suitable for dogs?
Super nice, attentive owner and the caretaker on site was always reachable for all concerns.
The key handover was uncomplicated and our dog immediately received fresh water and treats.
The equipment left nothing to be desired, especially for the dog, the vacation apartment was super suitable.
The price was adjusted to the local conditions and thus also suitable for people with a smaller budget.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The vacation apartment is located at the end of a holiday park and is therefore very suitable for those seeking peace. Almost at the doorstep is the forest and the sea is a few minutes' walk away. The stairs on site to the sea are well suited for people with walking difficulties, and our dog was also able to manage the steps very well. The vacation apartment is in an area where dogs are very welcome, whether at the beach, bakery, or restaurant; we were warmly greeted everywhere and our dog was immediately given fresh water! Nearby, there are many options for eating and drinking, and specialties from Rügen are available, and the prices are affordable.
Everything is flat on site and laid out with good paths for walking.
We only moved the car to shop in the neighboring village.
All in all, it was a very nice vacation that unfortunately passed by too quickly.

Super clean apartment
The apartment was really great. It had everything the heart desires: board games, a fully equipped kitchen with enough cutlery and dishes. The apartment was very clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und unser Hund bekam sofort frisches Wasser und Leckerlis.
Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, besonders für den Hund war die Fewo Super geeignet.
Der Preis war den örtlichen Gegebenheiten angepasst und somit auch geeignet für Leute mit kleineren Budget.
Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Die Fewo liegt am Ende eines Ferienparks und ist somit sehr geeignet die Ruhe suchen.
Fast vor der Haustür liegt der Wald und in ein Gehminuten das Meer. Die Treppen vor Ort zum Meer sind gut geeignet für Leute mit mit Problemen beim laufen und auch unser Hund konnte die Stufen sehr gut bewältigen.
Die Fewo liegt in einem Bereich wo Hunde sehr Willkommen sind , egal ob am Strand oder Bäcker oder Restaurant, einfach überall wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und unser Hund bekam auch gleich frisches Wasser!
In der Nähe sind sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen , Trinken ,auch Spezialitäten von Rügen sind erhältlich und die Preise sind erschwinglich.
Es ist vor Ort alles Flach und mit guten Wegen angelegt um Spazieren zugehen.
Wir haben das Auto nur bewegt um im Nachbarort einzukaufen.
Alles im allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub der leider viel zu schnell vorbei war.

Angefangen von der Ausstattung bis hin zur Lage, einfach nur Top.
Auch mit Hund ist hier allein von der Lage her (5min bis zum Meer/Strand) ein Urlaub einfach nur herrlich.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch genug und vor allem in der näheren Umgebung zu finden.
Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da, einzig der Aufschlag für 2-Tage länger war dann doch etwas happig.
Von der ersten Kommunikation bis zum Schluss war alles perfekt. Selbst spontane Wünsche waren kein Problem. Die Wohnung hat alles, was es braucht und ist super ausgestattet. Die Räder haben wir gut genutzt. Herr Mulak als Kontaktperson vor Ort ist perfekt.
Vielen lieben Dank und wenn wir wieder nach Rügen kommen, auf jeden Fall hier her.
Bietet auch Platz für vierbeinigen Freund. Die Residenz Rugana liegt wunderschön und bietet durch ihre Lage gute Zufahrt zu allen anderen Ortschaften. Gibts auch Fahrräder für Urlauber die mit Fahrrad unterwegs sein möchten. Wir waren zu Fuß oder mit Auto unterwegs. Es gab auch Möglichkeit mit Schiff zu reisen.
Wir empfählen die Wohnung an alle die lieben Natur und ihre Nähe. Auch die geringe Entfernung zur Strand macht die Fewo Rügenstrand attraktiv. Was mich begeistert hat ist die Liebe zu Details. Deswegen hat die Wohnung 5 Sterne verdient.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage, in ruhiger Umgebung. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wer mit seinem Hund Urlaub macht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!
Wer Fischbrötchen liebt, muss nicht weit fahren ("Räuchereck"). Für einen Besuch in Binz oder Sellin muss man allerdings bis zu einer Stunde Fahrtzeit einkalkulieren.
Die einzigartige Landschaft an der Nordküste Rügens ist zu jeder Jahreszeit einen Besuch wert.
Freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch die Vermieter und den Hausservice.
Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll bis ins Detail.
Sogar ein Reh hat mich besucht eines Morgens :-)
Eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann...sehr schönes Geschirr usw.
Die Kommunikation mit Familie Eulenburg war sehr herzlich.
Ich fühlte mich sehr gut betreut und aufgehoben...trotz das ich alleine da war.

Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht.
Notwendige Dinge die man täglich benötigt, egal ob in Küche, Bad oder im Schlafzimmer waren in hochwertiger Qualität und Menge vorhanden.
Der Wohnbereich war stilvoll ausgestattet und an Lektüre und Spiele für kühlere Tage war ebenso gedacht, wie an Informationsmaterial und Karten für Urlauber, die das erste Mal hier sind.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiteren Interessenten empfehlen.

Sehr angenehm war es, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt werden. So kann man die Umgebung gut erkunden und tolle Ausflüge machen. Die Betreuung war hervorragend und wir fühlten uns "zu Hause".
