The newly renovated 3.5 room duplex apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people (1 child). The living space is distributed over two floors. Entrance from the lower level with wardrobe and full-length mirror. There is a bedroom with double bed and sofa and a small balcony with chairs, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The upper area is dedicated to living and promises well-being due to the great room height and exposed beams. The living area offers a comfortable sofa set and two armchairs, flat screen TV with internet, a dining table with benches and a spacious modern open kitchen. The balcony, equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, offers a beautiful view of the well-kept garden. On this level there is another double bedroom with an open closet, a chest of drawers and a pull-out bed. Another bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet complete the offer. The outdoor pool of the residence and the sunbathing lawn can be shared. Reserved parking space in the underground garage.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a good location. Unfortunately, there is quite a lot of control in the holiday complex, especially in the pool area. Practically everything is forbidden, and our three-year-old grandchild was repeatedly admonished to be quiet. So, it is less suitable for families with children, as playing in the garden is also not allowed.

We are staying in Sabrina's apartment for the second time and will definitely come back. The apartment is nice and spacious, and it's a 15-minute walk to the lakeside promenade of Ascona. Shopping options are easily accessible on foot. The bus stop is right in front of the house. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. There is a large pool, which is surely very nice in the warmer months. We can recommend the apartment.

Cozy apartment in a great location. Pool gradually deepening from 120 to 160 cm. Umbrellas and many shade-giving trees by the pool. Loungers also available.
