The cozy 2.5 room duplex apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The lower level consists of a cloakroom in the entrance area and a spacious living, dining room with an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa that converts to a double bed with mattress and a dining table with 4 seats. Flat screen TV with Internet (WLAN). The balcony offers a beautiful view of the well-kept garden and a dining table with 4 chairs. On the upper floor is the bedroom with double bed, a large mirror cabinet and a flat screen TV. Exit to the balcony which is also equipped with a bistro table and offers a view of the garden. Here is also the bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower) and toilet. For those who combine their holidays with work, there is an office with desk and swivel chair available in the anteroom. You can use the outdoor pool of the residence and the lawn for sunbathing. Reserved parking in the underground garage.
The Residenza Sabrina is located in a quiet residential area of Ascona, near the golf course, the port and the beach of Ascona. The lake promenade and the center of Ascona are also within walking distance. Experience a great shopping feeling in the world-famous boutiques of the old town of Ascona! There's a bus station nearby. In Ascona there are numerous events and events that are internationally known and very popular throughout the year. The wonderfully wild nature of the nearby Ticino side valleys, such as the Maggia Valley and Centovalli, offer many excursion, hiking and biking opportunities. For athletes, the nearby 18-hole golf course, various tennis courts and countless other sporting opportunities available. From Ascona it is only about 12 km to Italy.

wie in den letzten Jahren verbrachten wir auch in diesem Jahr zwei erholsame Wochen in der Residenza Sabrina. Auch ist jetzt ein Liegebett auf dem oberen Balkon vorhanden, toll!

Magnifique duplex, très bien équipé et très soigné. Le mobilier est confortable. Le parking fermé intérieur avec suffisamment de place pour y laisser des vélos est un vrai plus.

Schöne renovierte Wohnung mit gepflegter Gartenanlage. Ein ruhiges Quartier und trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurant Ticinella gleich um die Ecke sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice and well-maintained apartment. Hardly any street noise can be heard. Beautiful, huge park with a large pool. Open kitchen, bright living room, modern furnished with a large flat-screen TV. We felt very comfortable right away. The two large balconies are also usable in rainy weather. TV also in the bedroom, new bathroom with Geberit shower toilet. Spacious shower with rain shower. Perfectly designed! Spacious parking in the underground garage. Very pleasant and uncomplicated care by the employees of Fewotessin. Thank you very much!

Once again, we enjoyed our stay at the Sabrina Duplex very much. The two balconies with plenty of sun and a wonderful view of the garden/mountain panorama could be even more enjoyable if two loungers (for 2 people!), instead of a single, unwieldy one whose cover is also not washable, were available.

Wonderful stay in a great apartment. Everything you need and more is available! Thanks to the bus stop directly in front of the house and a bus every 15 minutes towards Ascona or Locarno, the slightly non-central location is no problem! Very nice holiday flat, quiet location, very clean, very cosy furnishings, we felt comfortable all around. We could even use the balcony in winter - sunny all day and protected from the wind. We never needed the car, we could reach everything on foot. The bus stop is also right in front of the house. We will be very happy to come back.

We appreciated the south-facing aspect of the flat and the quietness of the area. Public transport is available at the bottom of the building and provides a 15-minute service to Locarno or Ascona. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer.
