It consists of a living, dining room with sofa (extendable for 2 more people), exit to the small furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the garden. The former 4-star hotel building Sasso Boretto was converted into a residence with 13 sophisticated vacation apartments in 2019. On the first floor of the residence there is a restaurant serving Mediterranean specialties. The center of Ascona can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Stroll in the pedestrian zone and experience great shopping feeling in the old town or just enjoy the sunset on the picturesque lake promenade. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Bien placé (5 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville), quartier calme, jolie vue sur les montagnes. Appartement bien meublé, propre. Le balcon un peu petit mais pour 2 ça va tout juste.

The flat was well equipped, very modern and very clean. The air conditioning was very pleasant as it was extremely hot during our holiday week. The flat was very quiet, you didn't hear anything from the other holiday guests. The piazza was within easy walking distance. The price is absolutely fair and we were very satisfied. There were four of us in the flat with 2 children.
