This spacious home is in a small-scale park in Friesland. The park is characterized by very unique houses, offers a lot of privacy, and is located in a green environment. For the children, there is a small enclosed playground and a football field. If you are looking for peace in the middle of nature, then this is the best place!
Within walking distance is the beautiful Spokebos with wonderful hiking trails for long and short walks. The Noordwolde area is also great for cycling. Many routes are possible (starting point no. 15 is 300 meters from the villa) and there is plenty to do in the area. The Spokeplas, a recreational lake with a sandy beach, is located directly across the street from the park.
The exterior of the house is special and the house is very spacious. Enjoy the sauna after a long walk and end the day with a glass of wine on the spacious terrace while the children have fun in the basement with the football and pool table. There is a billiard where you can play. In short, a perfect villa for a family or friend’s outing.
