Description

Our Villa Sol impresses with its cosy interior and the comfort it offers. On the ground floor of 90 m2 we find a sunny living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and oven. There is also a nice entrance area and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room we enter the terrace overlooking the pool and the sunbathing area.
On the first floor we find 2,5 spacious double bedrooms with wardrobes. One bedroom has a cosy living room with a sofa bed. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower tub.
Of course, the guest has a washing machine at his disposal, as well as 3 air conditioners (extra charge). There is television in the living room and in the bedrooms. (German TV).
In front of the terrace there is a private mooring of 7m. This can be rented with pleasure, electricity and water are charged additionally with 25 €/week.
Feel welcome in this cosy and well-equipped house.
In front of the garage, which can only be used for storing bikes etc) we have 1 parking space for our guests. Boat trailer cannot be stored on the plot.

Villa Sol is centrally located in Empuriabrava, in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac and directly m the canal, approx. 2.5 km from the beach.
Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are within a radius of 300 m.
For water rats, the main beach of Empuriabrava is available, it is about 1 km away from the flat.
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with approx. 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the town its typical character.

You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) which invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafés, discos, restaurants and sports activities.

The approx. 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young & old are pre-programmed here.

You will also find a sports airport in Empuriabrava where you can try out parachuting and paragliding.

The wind tunnel invites you to indoor flying. An unforgettable experience for everyone. There is also an artificial surf runway - fun for young and old!

The place is the starting point for many sporting activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini golf, motorbike and car tours

Children will enjoy the butterfly park, or the aqua park in Roses. Or you can take a canal tour with electric boats (rental without a boat licence) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava.

Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant. There is the possibility to rent bed linens and towels (no beach towels), 26€/set/person extra.
Flexible arrival dates are possible by arrangement.
Tourist tax 14€/person/stay (for guests aged 17 and older)
Pets are allowed by arrangement, extra charge 25 €
Air conditioning will be charged extra.
The use of heating in winter is charged extra (80 €/gas bottle). We are happy to rent out the house to long-term tenants in the winter as well.
Electricity and water for the mooring will be charged at an additional 25 €/week.
