Handing over was as smooth as always. I liked the call when the apartment was ready for occupancy.

Everything was perfect, I am already looking forward to the time between Christmas and New Year. Then we can move back into this magical apartment.*****

The apartment is super central, the bakery is around the corner, the beach is right there, parking available, elevator to the apartment, next door a wine bar, central and yet quiet. The spa park is right next to it. The apartment is very well equipped, so everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We liked the apartment very much. There is enough space and also plenty of room to store the brought clothes and personal belongings, etc. At first, we were unsettled that there is a large public parking lot directly on the balcony side, but we found that it really isn't disturbing and there is hardly any activity there after about 10:00 PM. The short walk to the beach and the Baltic Sea makes up for everything. The underground garage and our own cellar space for storing our bikes are great, especially since there is also a power connection for charging the e-bikes. We would definitely recommend the apartment and book it again.
