Dear Baltic Sea Apartments Team, we felt extremely comfortable in Scharbeutz once again. The location of the apartment is TOP, the view of the water every morning is simply unbeatable! The amenities were completely sufficient for 3 people, and the apartment itself is really nice, very tastefully and friendly furnished. However, a really big downside is unfortunately the parking situation. The garage was simply built too narrow back then. Our X1 (which is not particularly large) theoretically fit in, but unfortunately, you cannot get out of the car because the doors cannot be opened! Our short-term solution was therefore an agreement with the neighbor so that the car only stood in the garage up to the front doors. The point deduction for "price/performance" unfortunately belongs to the garage...
