Top location in Scharbeutz - directly at the beach!
The Ostseekrabbe flat (incl. beach chair on the Baltic Sea beach) is located directly on the beach, in the first row, only about 10 metres from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, in a well-kept, quiet flat house, on the ground floor of the house. A beach chair is already reserved for you on the beach in the summer months when booking for 1 week or more and is included in the price! The spacious living room with sleeping facilities for 2 adults offers with almost 30 sqm enough space to feel comfortable. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00). A new, modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle offer great comfort. The large, fenced outdoor terrace with a size of approx. 30 sqm has enough space next to the car parking space to feel good and relax. This is an allergy-friendly non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed. The holiday flat is located in a quiet, very well-maintained flat house, separated from the Baltic Sea beach only by the traffic-calmed Strandallee. The centre of Scharbeutz can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes. In addition to the usual sports facilities on the beach, Scharbeutz boasts a newly designed centre with promenade and well-developed cycle paths.

Price/performance is reasonable.
The location of the apartment is great.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is not very big, but it is sufficient. However, what is not so optimal is that the bedroom is very small, so you have to get into the bed from the front. The mattress was very firm for my taste. Unfortunately, you could also hear it very clearly when someone used the water in the upper apartments. The sofa bed was a good size. However, it was also quite firm (personal opinion). Overall, I would recommend the apartment.

Beautiful quiet vacation
We had a great week with this apartment. The location is excellent, not far from Scharbeutz and in the other direction Haffkrug (Rewe supermarket). This also allows half of the bay to be explored spontaneously on foot in any direction from Niendorf to Neustadt, if you like. The house has several parties, is absolutely quiet, the terrace facing away from the street and located directly on the beach. It was awesome that we had a beach chair included. Nothing is missing and we highly recommend it for price and performance reasons if you don't need anything bigger.

The location alone is not enough!
The location of the accommodation is great, right on the beach with a beach basket (in the season). The parking space is very tight, there is hardly any space on the terrace for an SUV. The living area is sufficiently large. The bed is too small for two people, the mattress of the sofa bed is too thin to sleep restfully. The bathroom is not new but in need of renovation. Complaints are noted by the landlords, but the deficiency is not rectified. For a short trip, without great expectations, it's okay, not recommended for a longer stay.

Die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Allerdings lassen sich nicht immer alle Wünsche erfüllen.
Gerne möchten wir hier noch einmal auf den Zustand der Wohnung hinweisen. Die Wohnung wurde in 2019 und 2020 umfangreich renoviert.
Neue Küche, neues Bad, neuer hochwertiger Vinyl-Boden im gesamten Appartement. Zusätzlich haben wir in 2021 die Schlafcouch komplett erneuert. Daher können wir diese Bewertung hinsichtlich des Bades schwer nachvollziehen.

The flat scores with the fantastic location..absolutely perfect!
We were fortunately able to get into the flat in the morning..many thanks for that :-)
Key collection went without a hitch.
Bedroom small,only bed available.cupboards are in the living area.water flushing and fan are very audible and also the "toilets" of the upper flat.
The bathroom is really small, but everything is there.
The living/dining room is good in size..there is storage space..I spent the night on the sofa bed,if you have problems with your back or the big joints,it will be too hard! Luckily I had taken a topper with me.
The kitchenette had everything we needed.
The terrace urgently needs to be cleared of weeds!
It is a good accommodation for 2 persons.
Otherwise, we had a great time there, as it was easy to get everywhere on foot.
