Modern two-room flat in quiet area, 2. Floor with south balcony. A bedroom with double bed, bath with shower and toilet, living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and dining table, bedsofa, TV, Stereomusic-player, DVD player, electric awning on the balcony. Non-smokers !!! Safe , pets on request. The Apartment is tiled completely.
