Villa Julija offers 140 m² of carefully designed interior space and is surrounded by a 450 m² garden that provides the privacy and tranquility you need for a perfect break.
On the ground floor, you will find a generous, open living area that combines a modern kitchen, an elegant dining area, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, and a kettle. Everything a modern cook needs to prepare delicious meals is available to you. The dining table for eight people is the ideal place for shared meals and sociable conversations. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for two people (160x200 cm). A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi ensure that you are always connected and well entertained during your stay.
The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. One bedroom is on the ground floor, two on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm), air conditioning, a TV, and a dressing table. The bathrooms are luxurious with showers, toilets, double sinks, and hair dryers. Fresh bed linen and towels await you upon arrival, and a baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. For additional security, a safe is available. On the first floor there is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, and other cleaning utensils, which are useful for a longer stay.
The highlight of the garden is the large heated pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. Six comfortable sun loungers, two umbrellas, and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. Here you can enjoy quiet morning hours with a cup of coffee or relaxed afternoons with a book. The garden is filled with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants, creating a refreshing and natural atmosphere.
The outdoor terrace offers additional comfort—here you will find a table for eight people and a gas grill, ideal for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes outdoors. The entire garden is fenced, ensuring complete privacy. Next to the house, there are three parking spaces secured with an electric gate, as well as a charging station for electric vehicles.

Very beautiful house with top amenities.
The villa is still very new, and I hope it continues to be well maintained. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the pool, grill, air conditioning, and outdoor shower. We were at the house for the first time and had four adults plus a dachshund with us.
What you should know:
The house is located on a surprisingly busy street, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. The air conditioning helps here.
The lawn at the house is artificial grass. So no one has to mow the lawn here.
The pool has an excellent filter and lack of water is automatically replenished. In case of a storm, it is advisable to skim the leaves out of the pool.
What we missed in the house:
A squeegee for the shower so it looks nicer after showering.
The house is intended for six people. However, we found it difficult to cook properly for four people. A larger frying pan and a bigger pot are needed. Dishes and glasses are sufficiently available.
We were even able to move into the villa a little earlier. Mr. Hunski was always easy to reach and provided great service.

Holiday home to feel good.
The house is simply wonderful! Everything was just right and we had no complaints. The house is very nice and cozy, it is bright and the warm colors of the wood make it very harmonious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and everything was in very good condition. Even two sets of bedding for the children were prepared for us. This shows that the hosts thought about and cared for their guests. A great "small" gesture that made us feel welcome.
The outdoor area is also in top condition. Everything is clean and well maintained, the pool is perfect for cooling down and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
A car is necessary due to the location. The beaches, shopping possibilities, and the town of Malinska can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The contact with the landlord was very uncomplicated. The landlord responded very quickly to an issue and was very helpful. Thank you very much for that!
We would love to come back. We have traveled a lot and this house is one of the most beautiful ones we have experienced.
We would gladly return!

Dream vacation in Villa Julija.
Very good and modern equipment. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and floor-level shower. Just had a great holiday here. Would come back anytime.
