villa Julija is a brand new villa with a heated pool that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa is located in the small and quiet village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk and is an ideal place for a holiday. The traditionally Mediterranean designed villa offers a comfortable and modern interior as well as a spacious and pleasant environment where you can truly relax. The villa has central underfloor heating and a cooling system. Combined with a heated swimming pool, it is an excellent choice if you are planning a spring or autumn holiday.
Villa Julija offers 140 m2 of interior space and stands on a 450 m2 plot. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious common area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a dining table for eight people and a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV. From the kitchen and dining room you have direct access to the covered outdoor terrace with a table for eight people. On the outdoor terrace you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes with a gas barbecue.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything a modern cook needs to prepare delicious meals. A spacious fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, a kettle and all kinds of cutlery you might need to prepare meals. The spacious living room has a TV corner with a sofa and a big screen smart TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) for 2 additional guests.
The villa has three large bedrooms with bathroom, one on the ground floor and two on the ground floor. All three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), air conditioning, TV, commode and private bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. All bedrooms are prepared with bed linen and towels for the guests, if needed we can also prepare a cot and a high chair. You also have a safe in the house. There is also a utility room in the house, located on the first floor. There you will find an iron, an ironing board, a hoover, a washing machine and other cleaning products.
To make your holiday perfect, a large heated swimming pool awaits you in the garden, and on the sun terrace you will find 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols and an outdoor shower. The garden is spacious and on one level. While you swim in the pool or read a book in the shade, you can enjoy the beautiful garden with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. The garden is completely fenced, and there are also 3 parking spaces next to the house, which are locked with electric gates. A charging station for an electric car is at your disposal.

Holiday home to feel good.
The house is simply wonderful! Everything was just right and we had no complaints. The house is very nice and cozy, it is bright and the warm colors of the wood make it very harmonious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and everything was in very good condition. Even two sets of bedding for the children were prepared for us. This shows that the hosts thought about and cared for their guests. A great "small" gesture that made us feel welcome.
The outdoor area is also in top condition. Everything is clean and well maintained, the pool is perfect for cooling down and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
A car is necessary due to the location. The beaches, shopping possibilities, and the town of Malinska can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The contact with the landlord was very uncomplicated. The landlord responded very quickly to an issue and was very helpful. Thank you very much for that!
We would love to come back. We have traveled a lot and this house is one of the most beautiful ones we have experienced.

Very good and modern equipment. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and floor-level shower. Just had a great holiday here. Would come back anytime.
