Holiday House Casa Ulika is a charming villa with a heated swimming pool, located in the peaceful village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk. It is ideal for up to 8 guests looking for a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean setting, combining modern interior design with comfort and privacy.
The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with a large dining table and a gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor gatherings and summer evenings.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, private bathrooms, and access to a large terrace. Guests have at their disposal a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as private fenced parking. The villa is also equipped with underfloor heating. Pets are welcome (maximum 3 pets).
