WELCOME TO HOLIDAY HOME MARINA.
Your accommodation is located in the south-east of the island. The beach "Notos" is about 200 m away. You are about 28 km away from the airport of Corfu "Ioannis Kapodistrias".
Surroundings
The holiday home is detached and fenced. Nearby there is a mini market and the taverns "Panorama" and "Savas". Highly recommended is "Elektras Garden", where, as the name suggests, you can enjoy your café/drink in the middle of a garden - and look directly at the sea. Nearby is the fishing village of "Petriti", where you will find a pharmacy and various shops.
The accommodation.
The accommodation is 110 m2 with garden and garden furniture and a barbecue. The house offers plenty of space for a family as well as for our four-legged friends who are of course welcome! There are 2 bedrooms at your disposal. One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed (180x200), in the second bedroom there are two single beds (120x120). There are wardrobes in both rooms. If you still need a place to sleep, the couch can be converted into a sofa bed. The bedrooms have separate access to the terrace. We provide you with hand and bath towels. The large bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and toilet. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for everyday life. You have a toaster, filter coffee maker, deep fryer, microwave, dishes, cooker tops with gas and an oven with electricity. A dining table is also available. In the living room you will find a (sofa) bed and an LED TV.
We offer free wifi use and air conditioning, but we ask you to use it in an environmentally and energy friendly way - for example, keep the doors and windows closed when in use and turn off the air conditioning when you are out.

This place is characterised by its idyll and tranquillity. If you are not a fan of mass tourism and love traditional villages, this is the place for you.
It is the ideal place to relax and perfect for families.
The sandy beach of Ag. Nikolaos, also known as "Plaka" among the residents, is a small bay that offers you a quiet place to swim and soak up the sun - but shade lovers won't miss out either - olive trees provide pleasant shade if it does get too warm.
The sandy beach has a shallow slope and is therefore ideal for children.
Various tavernas offer freshly caught fish and traditional Corfiot cuisine:
Very close to your accommodation is "Taverna Savvas", which is well known in the village for its good cuisine. The beach is only a few steps away.
Sunbeds and parasols are provided free of charge.
Shopping facilities are available in the village of "Petriti" (about 2 km from Ag. Nikolaos). Either drive there by car or walk from Plaka via the "waterway".
Petriti offers several mini-markets, a post office, various tavernas, bakeries and bars.
If you are an early riser, you can watch the fishermen mooring their fishing boats in the morning. Here you can buy the fish freshly caught.

For our guests we offer the transfer (there and back) from the airport for 90€. That is 45€ per trip.
Of course we also organise transfers by bus for several people.
We can arrange bike, motorbike or car rental for you.
We arrange tickets for you to go by boat to Paxos and Anti-Paxos.
