Our newly built Villa ENA at Corfu directly above the sea offers space for 6 persons. Here you will find all, what you need for your comfortable and relaxing holiday!
55" LED-TV, 2 LED-TV´s (sleeping rooms) with DVD-Players, Bluetooth Soundbar, , WLan.
Fully fitted open kitchen (Ceran, oven, Side by Side LG Fridge with icecube/icewater machine, dishwasher, Coffeemachine, Toaster, Microwave, Mixer, a lot of tableware, and cookware.) Terrace with gas Barbecue/grill and nice outdoor furniture.
Enjoy the nice view over the green area until the sea (65meter /213 ft.)
Three sleepingrooms (Master sleepingroom with ensuite bathroom and access to an own terrace and TV). All sleepingrooms with mosquito net. Two bathrooms, one ensuite.
Washingmachine.

The outdoor space offers a garden with private pool and sunbeds. Pivate access and parking area.
The house is situated in the first row above the sea. You find a direct access to the sea (Cliff; small path) and you are in a walking distance to Marathias (Tavernas, nice beach, small Supermarket). Enjoy the standalone location with your own pool and a modern fully equipped house.

Unser nach deutschem Standard erbautes Ferienhaus auf Korfu direkt oberhalb des Meeres bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub benötigt und erwarten kann. Wir haben uns bemüht, das Haus mit Allem auszustatten was man für einen Urlaub benötigt (bequeme Betten, Moskitonetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern, ausreichend und schönes Geschirr, Gasgrill, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, tolle technische Ausstattung, Pool und direkter ), - und vielleicht sogar noch ein wenig mehr .......

Newly built holiday home in excellent location directly by the sea
Villa Ena is in a very quiet location at the end of a long dirt road, which was easy to negotiate with our normal rental car. There are rarely any hikers here, so you are undisturbed. From the large terrace you have a view over the pool area and the large garden to the sea. A path leads directly from the garden down to the fine sandy, almost deserted beach. The sea water was crystal clear, without algae or jellyfish and was still 27°C
The rooms are practically furnished, the beds excellent. The entire furnishing is extraordinary, both in terms of the sanitary facilities, the extensive kitchen utensils and the equipment. There is simply nothing missing.
Particularly noteworthy is the "pearl" of the house, who completely cleaned the entire villa twice a week. Likewise, the pool was cleaned daily (!). We had not experienced anything like this in the numerous holiday homes we had stayed in.
There are several tavernas in the vicinity, for example Taverna Nikos, which is just ten minutes away from the beach, and Taverna Malibu, which is perched high above the sea at the end of the village. We can especially recommend the latter.
We enjoyed the relaxed stay so much that we will definitely come back. Many thanks to Mrs Winkelmann, who made this wonderful time possible for us.

A great new holiday home in a special location by the sea on Corfu
We stayed in this beautiful new holiday home with 6 people (grandparents, grandchildren and parents) and are still very enthusiastic about the great autumn holidays we were able to spend there. Those who know their way around Corfu know that the south-west location of the house between Ag.Georgios South and Argyrades with its long sandy beach is very special. The house is situated directly above the sea and almost every day we walked down the canyon (a path) to the sea and had the beach almost to ourselves - fantastic! The descent is manageable via the path slowly walking (even my parents came down well "armed" with bamboo sticks).
The equipment of the house is excellent - the landlords have really put a lot of effort into this. The cleaning service is very good; towels, bed linen etc were changed weekly. Bathrooms etc cleaned.
We were able to drive the approach via the sandy path with our two jeep rental cars, which we had rented to explore the island, perfectly (we were even able to harvest prickly pears on the way ;-))
The new holiday home, the pool, the large garden and the direct location at the sea are great and we thank Mrs Winkelmann very much for this great stay! We will be back!

Great holiday home in a fantastic location by the sea
We have been going to the Mediterranean and also to Corfu for several years, but we have never had such a wonderful holiday home.
The furniture and fittings are of high quality and tasteful, the beds really comfortable. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the crockery is over-complete, stylish and practical. There are enough pots and pans as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue on the terrace very much and often. Everything has been thought of here.
Even the German TV programmes are received via satellite. And our children could listen to their music via the sound bar.
From the huge terrace with several cosy seating areas, we had an impressively beautiful view of the sea with its colour moods according to the time of day. For a quick cool down, there was a pool with sunbeds directly in front of the terrace. On top of that, we had our own direct access to the wide and long sandy beach, which is really the crowning glory, as it is virtually at your disposal alone - due to the location between the two holiday resorts - unbelievable! We had to walk slowly and deliberately down the natural path to the beach, but it was easy to master. The sea is without stones and goes in shallowly, so it was quite safe for our children.
Marathias Beach and the tavernas there were a 5-minute walk from us along the beach. We had a very good meal there at the Nikos taverna.
The approach to the property is the last part via a small unpaved road from Agios Georgios South, so no road noise disturbed the peace and quiet
Pure holiday and relaxation for the whole family! Many thanks to our landlords. The communication and the on-site support were very good!
We will be back next year!
