Welcome to the PhiloXENIA House!

Our house is located on the beautiful coast of Notos in South Corfu, in an olive grove and only 25 metres from the sea. It is a small, traditional Corfiot house of 54 sqm on a private plot with private access to the sea. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a bathroom. An internal wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor under the loft, where there is a bedroom with three beds. However, the house can accommodate up to 4 people, as there is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. On the beautiful terrace you can enjoy your meals at any hour of the day, while having a direct view of the sea, surrounded by olive trees. The house is air-conditioned and also offers free internet.
Equipment of the house
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, egg boiler, fire extinguisher, fridge, electric cooker, iron, ironing board and a small storage room
In the living room there is a triangular sofa (sofa bed), living room table, fireplace, TV, TV table and air conditioning.
In the bedroom there are three beds, wardrobe, bedside table, large chest of drawers and air conditioning
In the bathroom there is a shower, a small closet, a hairdryer, hand and bath towels and a laundry basket
On the covered terrace there is a dining table with four chairs, a hanging rope and stairs leading to the garden.
We also have parking for your car
Free service for you
- Bed linen, towels and bath towels are changed 2x a week, but you can also find some in the cupboard if needed. The house is cleaned 2x a week.

Location and surroundings of object

Notos is a coastal village and a family-friendly environment that has nothing to do with mass tourism. As a guest, you will feel at home here. In the immediate vicinity of our house there are two tavernas and cafés with beautiful flower gardens where you can enjoy your meal, coffee or drinks by the sea. There is also a mini market 50 m away. The fishing village "Petriti" is 500 m away, which also offers you various shopping facilities, such as (fish) taverns, restaurants and a post office. We would be very happy to welcome you in our house.
